Unjust enrichment for a service not provided

I booked and paid in full for 2 nights on confirmation number 3370500839 – with Bookings.com Covid hit and we were not allowed to travel. I agreed the guest house can keep the money and tried to rebook after the lockdown, but the hotel responded they are full. I asked for a refund, since they have been enriched for a service they could not provide, please provide assistance in this matter.
