Unjust enrichment for a service not provided
I booked and paid in full for 2 nights on confirmation number 3370500839 – with Bookings.com Covid hit and we were not allowed to travel. I agreed the guest house can keep the money and tried to rebook after the lockdown, but the hotel responded they are full. I asked for a refund, since they have been enriched for a service they could not provide, please provide assistance in this matter. Paid ZAR 7,177.63 Sincerely Daniel Schmidhauser

Excellent Service from Cape Town Main Depot (Mr. Shiraz Wentzel)
A word of thanks. During the lock down we have been inundated with essential calls from large Banking facilities to hospitals. We are truly grateful for VOLTEX (Care of Shiraz Wentzel in the Cape Town Main Depot) for taking his time to open up under strict conditions placed on our country. Shiraz has always been accommodating and only wish the best to Voltex and his team. Great companies are built with strong partners. FNB account frozen with no warning.
My FNB business account has been frozen with no warning what so ever. No email, no calls, nothing. I have suppliers and sub contractors to pay. I’m left penniless, and people are relying on me to feed their children. Please can someone urgently from FNB help me. I am speechless and desperate need. Dishonest and unfair labour practice
We are a compliance inspection company and were asked by ENDERSTEIN VAN DER MERWE INC to issue, electrical, plumbing, beetle and gas certificates. They transferred on our certificates, but when it came to paying us the response was; Daniel, There was a huge shortfall on this transfer, even so that we could not take our fee as per our pro forma account. Mr Nobaza still owes us funds as well, but lost his job and have no income. I have written off my fees. Luzanne Enderstein (Associate) Attorney ENDERSTEIN VAN DER MERWE INC Do not work for these people, they are dishonest attorneys and you wont get paid. For those of you who don’t know, They also part own Propertycoza Real Estate – working through and closing the chain of agent to attorneys. Propertycoza not much use either since they poached my admin staff and started their own compliance shop. Disgusting unfair practice and we taking this all the way to the Estate Agents Board and law Society.
