No sense of urgency
Almost a month later since ive seen the Dr and they have not done any submissions to medical aid, no sense of urgency...shocking start to this whole process ..I dread what awaits..update to follow

Was happy to meet with Dr today and concerns were addressed and resolved, the delays were not on thier side but also the Medical aid failed to communicate with me clearly and its the process that needs to follow. The last week has actually been a pleasure to deal with them, its a wonderful team. Thank you
