No sense of urgency
Almost a month later since ive seen the Dr and they have not done any submissions to medical aid, no sense of urgency...shocking start to this whole process ..I dread what awaits..update to follow

Medshield fails to respect and honor own commitment to resolving queries
I have no faith in medshields ability to respond to queries in a timely manner and therefore Medshield is incapable of respecting and honoring thier own commitments Over a week and still a query cannot be responded to or resolved

An absolutely unprofessional and frustrating service, spent ages doing admin and they just turn down applications for no reason, they also falsely advertise, stay away from them!

Worse medical aid ever...nightmare of experiences
Still no communication for a week and counting, or authorization recieved for urgent procedure required after specialist surgeon has made clear to Medshield that condition is critical and needs to be done urgently, Medshield has no sense of urgency and the no communication, does one need to pass out, collapse or become incapacitated before this pathetic bunch understand urgency or emergency??? Stay away from this so called medical aid cause they are unprofessional and ***********
