Terrible customer service and bad quality furniture
Horrible customer service. I asked for grey laminted shelves with my desk. Instead they just painted it grey. Looks terrible. And they wont take the desk back. They have no idea how to deal with customers

DO NOT ORDER!!!!
DO NOT ORDER!!!! This is the WORST service I have received my whole life! They also trade under African Anything Projects... I decided to support a local small company - ordered and paid a deposit (3 Sept ‘20) - more than I should have to help. After LOTS of empty and false promises of having the unit ready, fake photos, even a drunk phone call from them late one night asking for more money, I asked for my money back beginning of October ‘20. Promises was made again, I even opened a case of fraud with the police in Feb’21. Now, a month later I do not get any response whatsoever, even after sending constant messages. TERRIBLE!!!

DISGUSTING COMPANY
DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ebrahim Ntamuke stole about R20 000 from my company. I got rotten wood and no refund. He claims he has lost the money and that he is not scared of jail. Opened a case, he lies to the police and said the money was used for labour. WHAT LABOUR? I HAVE NO ITEMS TO SHOW FOR THE MONEY. His invoices are fraudulent, banking details he claims to be ABK furn but it goes to his own bank account. Now he is threatening me and my family. This company is DISGUSTING. Sort out your staff Alen.

Terrible service from Ephraim. He does not supply goods that were paid for. Always has exuses and someone else to blame. Im left with cuttings, old untreated pine and - R8194 which is still outstanding. But he refuses to refund.

Unprofessional and unreliable
I had an awful experience. I am still cleaning my place after I got these guys to do a job for me. That Ephriam is highly unreliable and unprofessional. They even broke my full length mirror and left without replacing it. Now he is not responding when I try to contact him.

Bespoke Furniture in Woodstock
ABK furniture is run by a man by the name of Allan. A man that makes a plan. Show Allan a picture of the furniture you want, and he will make it at the quarter of the price it retails for in any store. Not only by doing this are we supporting local business, but the designs also inspire the guys in his workshop to create new stunning units to sell in the store.

Custom made furniture
Had a piece of furniture made to fit with another piece, when the piece of furniture came it was 8cm smaller than discussed, I then had to go and make my own piece of furniture smaller, which I was told ABK would cover the cost of, they sent R300 instead of R400 and the person I worked through, Ephraim is now ignoring me.
