Never ever trust Sorbet Group with a blow dry. They burnt & Fride my Easihair Pro SA extensions with just one Blow dry beyond repair. I had to remove them and need new extensions. Not only are they not approved to work on Easi Hair pro extensions, after I asked the stylist if she had experience. They will take no responsibility and will not replace my extensions. Even after all Evidence was provided with dates. This is a terrible reflection on them as a brand. Please think twice before ever using them as there so called 100 perc customer satisfaction clause or money back is an absolute lie!
Standard Bank. Iv had 3 lots of money go off my account. And you hold to chat to someone for over 30 mins no luck. And I’m number 884 in the queue on the live chat in the app. What does one do to report *****. Come on you have to up your game

I took in my Pair of Converse Sneakers to a Well Known Laundry Franchise WOSH to be Dyed as that is one of the services they offer and my shoes had a Small mark on them. I opted to dye them Navy. The shoes were not brand new but we're in excellent condition and worn maybe 4 Times. They took 3 Months to return to me. And they came back too shocking for words I just want to cry. My Shoes were light Cream Canvas. And now they look like a leather appearance. They even still Wet. The Owner didn't even have the decency to View the Shoes that left his Laundry before offering me a final offer of R900 compensation. When these shoes cost R1699.😔😔 Can't even get me a discounted pair of converse which I was happy with accepting.
Horrible customer service. I asked for grey laminted shelves with my desk. Instead they just painted it grey. Looks terrible. And they wont take the desk back. They have no idea how to deal with customers
I received my shocking poorly made furniture 40daya later. And it has chips and paint marks all over. And they refuse to give a refund. This is shocking customer service. And now they seem to be asking friends to sign up to hello Peter and give positive reviews. Come on. Do the right thing and refund unhappy customers.
I ordered 'luxury' furniture from them 1 June. They did not even acknowledge my payment. I had to beg and msg every day only to get excuses back. Then after realizing that something is wrong i made contact with the owner and he promised delivery which has not happened. He makes all excuses. His pictures are from Pinterest. So it's not his own custom made furniture. The delivery address he gives for his workshop on 2 different occasions was different areas. So to me it doesn't exist. It seems to be false info. All in all. Do not order from them. You don't receive your furniture. I reported his bank acc to FNB to. **don't order**
