I ordered a vanity mirror and dressing table with 25 Degrees North and paid a deposit on the 17th of June. The lady I had chatted to via Instagram who said that their lead time was 7 to 14 working days. After contacting them early July, I spoke to a gentleman called David who then told me that they now have delays and I should expect delivery of my item in October. I told him that it was too long and he said he will revert back to me with an earlier date. They then sent me an email on the 13th of July and said that the worst case scenario for delivery of my order should be the 10th of October. I called David and told him that this is unacceptable and he said my order would be ready late September. Then on the 4th of August they sent an email saying their business is closing down and they gave details of Naiam who would be taking over and delivering the items. On the 26th of August they said that he has Covid and is very ill but upon him getting better he will work on getting me my item. I called Naiam on the 14th of September and he said that he will give feedback to the 25 Degrees North team on an ETA. And now neither Naiam or Donna are answering. In fact Donna has blocked me. They seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I am taking legal action against because this is theft. I work very hard for my money and if they think they will get away with stealing from me they are wrong. If anybody has any information on their whereabouts please let me know. They have to be stopped or else they will do this to many more people.

Does anyone know the address to locate Donna Schwartz Or David Theron from 25 degrees North. Now operating as Blush Vanity. 4 months on and I have not received the goods ordered from them. They don’t take phone calls or reply to messages. Just don’t know what else to do but to go directly to there business address

Terrible terrible service. Ordered and paid in May. Was told I'd get my delivery on 5th July but didn't get it. Was given two later dates between August and September. Then got an email saying the 25th July 2020 last week - it is now after 5pm on Saturday the 25th July and I have yet to receive my order. Absolutely disgraceful. They do not care that they cost you money and time and resources. Their technician, Naiam, doesn't answer his phone or messages and the owners clearly don't care about you as a client that paid in full months ago. Please save yourself the hassle and shop wisely. The team here give no satisfactory feedback further than getting you to pay your invoice.

We had a great experience with this company! The delivery came within the stipulated time frame. The drawers are really solid, excellent quality and look exactly as they do in the images. The team was professionally and checke in with up multiple times and answered all questions we had about the invoice, sizing, payment etc. With the experience we had, I can confidently recommend this local company to anyone looking for custom drawers or desks!

These people are absolute fraudsters and horrible human beings. NO ONE should buy from them at all and those who have should seek legal advice on how to get their money back. I have been waiting for an order since 1 May and R8000 later having nothing to show for it, been blocked from reviewing them on their Instagram pages, been given every form or the run around. I have since filled a fraud case against them at the bank, reported them to the media and have now began legal action for failing to honor a purchase agreement. Please be warned, these thieves are not worth even looking at. Times are tough right now! Please be careful

Th is company doesn't even deserve 1 star! I purchased a chest of drawers in May I was told that the lead would be 7-10 working days. Today marks 80 days later and I have not received my item. I the delivery date keeps on moving without being notified. I've sent text messages, emails, called sent messages via Instagram they just read messages and don't respond. I've been asking for a refund and they refuse to refund me. I seriously don't know what more to do. Please do not purchase from this company as both Donna and David are scams! Please refund all these people that you have lied to and just taken their money!

I ordered from this company 3 June. Paid, never got proof of receipt. Ever since i have been lied to by David Abraham Theron and Donna Schwartz. I was told items were dispatched 1 July. Received nothing. Then David told me had pushed me up and i was being dispatched 17 July. Then i was told 20 July. Contacted Donna today i was told id receive a waybill for the 2nd time. Nothing received, company doesnt respond. They block you if you question them. Stay far away.

So, as many of your saw, I had replied to reviews based on the same circumstances that many of you are going through. I was angry & frustrated & can only write of my own personal experience with 25 Degrees North - After many calls & messages, David kept to his word, & today my daughters desk arrived - perfectly made. To be totally honest, I was pleasantly surprised, as I expected the same type of workmanship as other customers have complained about. So today I would like to thank David & Donna for turning a bad situation into a blessing for my daughter - I really appreciate it.
