On the 25th November I received delivery of a damaged fridge. I the. Immediately logged this and sent images. To date I have received no proper feedback at all no confirmed ETA and their staff are so *********** and really not very responsive. I need you then to coke and get this damaged item!! For a returning customer purchasing for the 4th time your service has seriously downgraded!!
Th is company doesn't even deserve 1 star! I purchased a chest of drawers in May I was told that the lead would be 7-10 working days. Today marks 80 days later and I have not received my item. I the delivery date keeps on moving without being notified. I've sent text messages, emails, called sent messages via Instagram they just read messages and don't respond. I've been asking for a refund and they refuse to refund me. I seriously don't know what more to do. Please do not purchase from this company as both Donna and David are scams! Please refund all these people that you have lied to and just taken their money!
To whom this may concern I have experienced the worst customer service experience as a store manager of fashion express I think SALEGA has a bad attitude as I have asked her to check for a boot at another store and she shouted at me in front of a store full of customers that fashion express doesn't send shoes to different stores anymore. I eventually ended up purchasing items from the store and she had the audacity to show my remaining account balance to her colleague calling her to look onto her computer screen even people standing in the line were shouting at her telling her that it's in appropriate for her to look at and show her colleagues I had the WORST ASSISTANCE in this store and I would like for something to be done about this as I even still purchased through out the crappy behaviour because I'm such a loyal customer
