Save yourself the trouble and choose a different shipping provider. Fastway has no customer service, so if any issues arise (which they will), there will be no help what's so ever.
Issues every single time I ship with them - 100% guaranteed. Non existent customer service - even their WhatApp chat bot is pathetic, responding 3 hours later. What a joke.
Harassed by this bank 20 calls a day when I have clearly communicated my situation. Customer service sucks, app UX is terrible. Already in the process of moving to FNB, which is a shame since I've been with Standard bank for 20 years. Terrible.
Honestly one on the worst consumer brands there in terms terms of customer service. Utterly disappointed but not surprised. Rather just go with Telkom or something else and avoid terrible treatment. Vodacom does not care about its customers
If you are looking for a decent delivery service Fastway is definitely an option, but if you are looking for good customer service should absolutely anything happen after the package has left your hands - rethink your choice.
Pleasantly surprised to receive excellent service every single time I interact with this company. Really well done to DHL for taking customer service seriously, this is truly refreshing! They are happy to help and are proactive when it comes to moving packages in the most effective way. I am happy to pay a premium as I get premium service every time!
Excellent service all round. Products are exactly what I ordered, wrapper with care so that nothing spills or break. They have a really wide selection of products and I thoroughly enjoy my shopping experience with them every time.
Two men delivered my package to me. One came to the gate with the package and assisted me with signing for the delivery. The driver stayed in the vehicle and yelled inappropriate-suggestive comments at me, repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting that I should be made to feel uncomfortable and threatened in my own home. Reached out to Bex immediately via customer support and got absolutely no response. Clearly this company doesn't care about drivers going around harassing customers on their private property. Women (and anyone wanting decent service) stay away from this company, there are so many other better choices out there. Ironic that they we actually delivering materials for a gender-based violent campaign during women's month, but then again this is South Africa where no woman is safe no matter the day or month, not even in their own home.
Absolutely terrible service from this company. Don't bother paying extra for "express shipping" as it does not exist and you'll end up waiting a month to receive your package (not that I have received mine, even after a months wait). The customer service is non-existent. Lazy personnel handle cases only if and when they feel like it and ignore any attempt at communication you try make. Dealing with Fedex is frustrating and a truly terrible nightmare. DHL is by far a superior choice!! Steer clear of Fedex at all costs!!
