Shipment number:JOF12245 After many emails and calls to 0873605888 from the 6th March 2026 to 10th March 2026. No delivery, no communication from the Call Centre nor the Delivery Driver. When are you going to delivery my Letter from the Italian Consulate Johannesburg?

I have voting papers that need to be collected for the Italian Consulate. Initially booked for Friday 6.3.2026 with Ciara, they didn't pitch. Then booked with Ashtenenique, for Monday 9.3.2026, no show. Today I booked with a young man for Tuesday 10.3.2026, anyone taking bets whether they show? Asked for their supervisor, she/he is out of office. A really well run business. Hope the Italian Consulate takes note of this !!!!

I have been waiting for over 3 days for my parcel to be delivered, they send you a message advising that parcel will be delivered on said date yet more than 3 days later still no parcel in sight! You contact the call center to advise they need to inform the driver that he needs to call in order to obtain an access code and of course the call center agent just does not bother listening and therefore the parcel gets delayed even further! Absolutely shocking service received.

Please open a rating of 0 (ZERO) because this is 1 of those companies that deserves a 0. Office staff are useless and stupid and even dumb. They go a bull**** way around instead of assisting the customers needs. 2. All their driver are illiterate or uneducated or maybe just lack common sense. On 2 occasions the driver failed to find a residential address on a popular road. This is poor driver skills. 3. All parcels are always delayed. No one has answers, even office staff fail to understand their own system and are always requesting to callback with information. This company should close down and give other couriers a chance in excelling at their job BEX EXPRESS IS A CIRCUS FULL OF CLOWNS WORKING AND EVERYTHING FOR THEM IS A GAME AND A JOKE..... FACT OF THE MATTER BEX EXPRESS IS A JOKE AND HIGHLY USELESS. LOOKS LIKE THE OWNER HAS TOO MUCH MONEY WHILST ROBBING HIS CUSTOMERS AND MAKING HIS POCKET FAT OR MAYBE HE JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. I RATE THIS COMPANY 000 000 000 BEX EXPRESS MUST FALL

I received 5 items via Bex Express and one was broken. It took about a month and multiple phone calls (all but 2 unanswered) and emails to the George branch before I was informed by the headoffice that I had no claim due to the packaging not being up to standard. Sky at Headoffice informed me that I could have taken out insurance, but this was never offered to me as I could not do the booking on line as it was no standard items. I assume that at the time I could have taken insurance, they would have advise what packaging would be suitable. The fact that the George office did not answer their telephone and most of my emails is unacceptable and just POOR POOR service. I will never trust Bex Express to transport anything for me EVER again. Be advised!

I received 5 items via Bex Express and one was broken. WORST courier service EVER!! If there was an option for 0 stars then I'd rate that! I placed an order from tape on Tuesday (16 September 2025) and I received an email on Thursday (18 September 2025) stating that my order was scanned onto a delivery vehicle and will be delivered on the day! I was at work and I asked my nephew to be on the lookout for it and there was no communication from them until they called me on Saturday (20 September 2025) at 7PM!!! Stating that they are outside my house, I wasn't at home by then and asked my nephew to collect it for me, he stated that the person who delivered this came in a private car and there were 3 other men in the car and they were all drunk! Nonetheless, he collected the order and upon inspection, he notified me that it wasn't what I had ordered! It was a completely different brand and it was a size 6 shoe when I had ordered a size 10! I would NEVER EVER use this company even if it was the last one left!
