I’ve logged a collection THREE TIMES. I was PROMISED by RENATA that my collection would be made by midday today. It was not. Very unprofessional:
I ordered and paid for 5 sets of Christmas Jibbitz. The order was delivered on 5 December and one set was missing. I emailed Crocs South Africa, who indicted that I would get feedback within 24 hours. This did not happen. I have now followed up with them 4 times, as these are intended as Christmas gifts. Tinus now 23 December and there has been no resolution despite their promises.
Do not recommend. MTG1T91247101 Twice now RAM have pretended to contact me to deliver HOWEVER 1. This is not necessary and 2) in the second instance not true.
No stock of promotional cars for weeks. What a terrible way to try and attract new customers. Anyway, you lost one. Not that you care.
Our chicken burger did not have any chicken at all on it. It also had peri peri sauce on it and we ordered Lemon and Herb. 2 days later, I’ve had one phone call from the store, who refused to give me a voucher and only offered for me to come and fetch a replacement meal. I am still waiting for answers from NANDO’S CHILLI LANE.
I would like to know why the cashier at Mall of Africa took my cash slip, scanned the QR code with the instore iPad and then filled out a survey himself? On the slip it tells me, the paying customer, that I can GIVE MY FEEDBACK AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A VOUCHER so why is he doing this? Seems very shady to me, especially since I had to wait while he located the iPad and scanned the code before giving me my slip?
I paid for two orders on 22 December 2024. On 24 December I received two boxes, and two items were missing from the order. I immediately emailed 'shop@woolworths.co.za' with photos. Since then, I have phoned THREE times to follow up, each time being told 'THE WAREHOUSE IS INVESTIGATING AND THEY HAVE NOT REP**** YET.". So how much longer will it take, Woolworths, to fix this issue?? These items, which I PAID FOR, are sitting somewhere in your warehouse as they were NOT IN THE BOXES I RECEIVED.
I have NOT had ANY reply to my COMPLAINT about the PIKITUP STAFF MEMBER AT SOWETO DEPOT who spoke to me in a VERY RUDE manner on 4 September 2024. The person who treated me so rudely is listed as DONALD MASHAULE with Cell phone number 083 261 9829. Never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely by a person. The person who answered the phone on this number (definitely not SARAH as it is a MALE), refused to give me his name, told me I must go to Marlboro myself, told me the lines must be down that’s why I can’t get hold of anyone at Marlboro. I indicated that I work a full day and am unable to go myself to the Marlboro depot. He then proceeded to tell me that in that case I DID NOT WANT TO BE HELPED and HUNG UP THE PHONE. I wrote to COJ and PIKTUP and requested: 1. An investigation into the person who is linked to the cell phone number 083 261 9829, allegedly based at the SOWETO DEPOT. I would like to know: a. Who this person is b. What their position is c. What the escalation process is for a complaint against this person and the way they treated me, together with the manager’s name, and contact number. Nothing has happened despite many emails requesting resoluton. Pikitup staff shoudl NOT be allowed to speak to members of the public in this rude manner. It is unacceptable, and further outrageous that PIKITUP have not taken this matter seriously. How do they allow their staff to behave in a RUDE and BULLYING MANNER towards their customers?
Paid for a TV on 25 November - it has still not been delivered and nobody seems to know what has happened to it. No problem taking my money though. Can't get through to RUQUAYA or any other HELPFUL person on the customer 'service' line. Absolutely pathetic and I would NOT recommend purchasing from Game, EVER.
I suddenly stopped receiving my invoices a few months ago. They used to be sent faithfully by email by the 10th of the month. Since March....NOTHING. I have to phone VODACOM EVERY MONTH to get my invoice and statement. 1. This is SUPER frustrating. 2. This is ILLEGAL. I pay you faithfully every month, YET GET NO INVOICE OR STATEMENT FROM YOU! Please fix this as I am now sick and tired of phoning you guys EVERY month just to get you to fulfil YOUR legal obligation.
