I had purchased a pair of crocs with it say 1 in stock, immediately after it said sold out, I was told that they pack orders based on whatever invoice is on the top not if i had purchased before someone else. It took them more than 48hrs to even check my invoice, if I had never contacted them on email, it would have been forgotten, I dont understand how this mishap, happens all the time, ive had a few people have the same issue? They can only say sorry and refund with no thought afterwards.

Pathetic customer service Crocs!!!!! I ordered sandals on 22 Feb. The website promise delivery within 2-3 working days. Today is 13 March 2026. Still no shoes. I phone 2 to 3 times a week to hear that they are "actively" working on finding my shoes. It "appears" to be lost in transit. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In the meantime you expect me to wait patiently while you take forever to find the shoes. SEND ME NEW SHOES. I PAID FOR IT.

Absolutely unhappy with the service at Crocs store in Pavillion and most importantly we pay an arm and leg for these Crocs only to have the cracked and some are opening in less than 3 to 6 months and you take them to the store only for you not be assisted because you don't have the receipt and they can not look for a copy of the receipt. i am sitting with Crocs that i have spent so much money on but ******* quality and you guys say url can not assist me.

I ordered Crocs online, on the 13 February 2026. Which was delivered by RAM on 16 February. When I opened my order one pair was missing (black Siren clog). I immidiately called the driver to alert him, he told me sometimes it happens when there was not enough stock and they would later send it. 2 days passed without any communication from Crocs or delivery guys, I then Dm crocs SA on instagram and fb still no response, till today I don’t have the shoe that I paid for, no communication nothing from them, despite multiple attempts to speak to them. I also called the customer care where I was told it will be investigated, from packaging to warehouse and up to delivery but still I have not received any feedback.

Hi I have purchased an item online and paid, only after order was placed and paid, they removed the item. There was nowhere stated that the item is out of stock. I am so frustrated as its the second time they make changes on my paid order.

I am so upset with the Manager Solomzi at Access park branch.My wife ordered a pair of crocs online the size was too big so we wanted to exchange but Solomzi said that the shoe was worn.Why do I want to change the size and how can my son wear the sandal if it's too big.Another Sandal was bought at Access Park branch.Remember all my sons shoes are crocs not one have the sc****d fronts as this new pair we bought.Solomzi directly said it's not a factory fault and he can't change gbe sandal.I'm so livid as he does not manage his store instead he makes decisions for the customer.I'm now a lost of 2 pairs of sandals.The one pair was bought on 1st February my son had only wore tge sandal once.The online sandal i'm stuck with as the Manager claims it was worn.I don't think I want to do business with Crocs anymore.The same Senario with the sc****d shoe from the store In the Box Access Park and they changed the Sandal without as many questions and doubts as your Manager has at Crocs Access Park.Very unhappy customer.

Bad service and they tried to rip me off with my own money after I was told at the Kenworth store that I can exchange the Crocs. Mind you not a discussion I made but a offer that was made to me. I am very disappointed in what has happened. This is my first bad experience and it was not a good one. I also felt humiliation by the entire experience
