Pathetic customer service Crocs!!!!! I ordered sandals on 22 Feb. The website promise delivery within 2-3 working days. Today is 13 March 2026. Still no shoes. I phone 2 to 3 times a week to hear that they are "actively" working on finding my shoes. It "appears" to be lost in transit. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In the meantime you expect me to wait patiently while you take forever to find the shoes. SEND ME NEW SHOES. I PAID FOR IT.
Kudos to Tucson Spur Elarduspark. Visited them on a Sunday afternoon. They were very busy but we received excellent service and the food was great. No long waiting times. Big thanks to Ntabi our waitress. Friendly and professional. Oh, the Turkish Delight Latte was soooo good!!!!!
Please close your call centre because you never, but never, phone them with a problem that is solved. Either you can't get through, or you punch in your (correct) number and they didn't recognize it and cut you off. If you get through to an agent by accident, they pretend not to hear you although you hear them clearly or they can't help you. Sending you from one agent to another. And please don't suggest Anele(bot). Total waste of time.
If you owe them money they just take it from you bank account. However, if they owe you credit you have to wait for weeks, make several phone calls, write several emails(which are just ignored) and are still waiting. Pathetic customer service!
Bought an envelope to send a parcel but used it only after a few weeks. In the meantime I moved and lost tracking no. When I eventually sent parcel PEP put in wrong cell number and I received no notification. I phoned PAXI today, was helped by Sina and I had a tracking no in no time. THANK YOU!
We had a signal problem at startup. They sent a team and problem was sorted in no time. Accounts department - good communication. Internet fast and reliable.
I placed an order with 60Sixty on 29th October. The initial amount still not back in my account. Standard Bank was supposed to void within 1-3 business days. We have passed 5 days and still no refund. Standard Bank blames Checkers and vice versa. In the meantime I am the one left with no funds. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
Don't believe a word they say. Promise to reduce your debt by 50%. NOT TRUE. They reduced my debt payment with 10% only. Left me with such a high payment that I am left with R124 per month for food and personal care. Refuse to reduce my payment. STAY AWAY!!!!!
My daughter bought me a 3 months voucher but when I scratched for the code I messed it up and couldn't use it. They went to great lengths to help me and in the end redeemed the voucher from their side. I didn't even have the receipt. Much appreciated, thank you!
