I Have been struggling with level 7 . I don't get what i pay for. We have a 250Mbps up and down line and i am luckey if n get 120 Mbps out of the line . You constantly have to check and make sure the line is good. I am currently with no internet connection since last night. Seems to always be a problem on weekends. The boost your line to keep you happy. And NO THEY DO NOT HAVE 24/7 SUPPORT. What a waste of money. Ihave enought proof . Level 7 Phone me

We have been with Level 7 WiFi for years and have never had problems with them before. But over the past month, I honestly don’t know what is going on. Our router or something keeps losing signal — sometimes up to 5 times a day. They have already come out twice. First, they replaced the dish on the roof, and then they came back again to check the router to see if there was a fault. They still can’t find the problem. At this point, I feel like they can just come remove everything and we’ll rather move over to another WiFi provider. I think my husband phones them more in one day than he phones me in a day.
