We have been with Level 7 WiFi for years and have never had problems with them before. But over the past month, I honestly don’t know what is going on. Our router or something keeps losing signal — sometimes up to 5 times a day. They have already come out twice. First, they replaced the dish on the roof, and then they came back again to check the router to see if there was a fault. They still can’t find the problem. At this point, I feel like they can just come remove everything and we’ll rather move over to another WiFi provider. I think my husband phones them more in one day than he phones me in a day.
