We have been with King Price for a very long time now, and they are always willing to assist us. They were always friendly and helpful.
Our credit card is paid in full now. I am trying to get hold of someone who can send me our paid up letter. Last week I phone several times and my airtime run up with no success. I even send an email to Absa credit cards requesting our paid up letter. Up till now I haven't receive an email or anything from them. Service is poor
Yesterday we was at The Withuis restaurant for my husband birthday. I went to the ladies bathroom it smells like very stong urine. My husband don't drink at all he order a banana milkshake for him and my daughter. He took a sip of his milkshake and it was sour. He told me something is not right I must taste. I took a sip of his milkshake and I also taste that his milkshake is not lekker at all. I call the waiter and tell him that something is wrong with the milkshake. He took both the milkshakes back and he bring a bubblegum milkshake. My husband took another sip and said something is still wrong and he can actually taste that they put sugar in it to make is sweeter. He call the manager. The manager pitch up and explain to us that nothing is wrong with their milk or the ice cream he can even bring us a close bottle of milk and open it infront of us to see that nothing is wrong with the milk . The manager said he took a sip of the milkshake in the kitchen and he don't see any problem with it. So I said bring me the bill I will only pay for my huntersdry and then we can leave. So I paid my hunter's and we left. They will not see us again.
Will never support them again. Everytime i go back there and then they disappoint me again. This is now finish. I was there Saterday night 18 November before 20:00 the gates was already close, I thought it is a 24hour pharmacy. On the 10 November I was there at at your drive thru just to get something for blisters, they guy at the window didn't even look if he have something for me, he just told me straight forward everything is been sold out. I was shocked. I will never ever support them again. This is not the first time that the service is poor. The other day I ask for something over the counter, they told me the medical aid did not paid for it and I have paid cash for it. I psid it cause I need it. At the end of the month I received my medical aid statement. My medical aid paid for it in full. I went back to Pharmavalue the Hoek apteek with the tax invoice and the medical aid statement to show them. Long story short they did not refund me. I will rather go to Kramer Apteek much better service and friendly staff.
In the beginning of February/March 2019 Vodacom call center phone me and inform me they can see I use a lot of data will I be interested to get a better vodacom package that include more data for me. My answer to them was it is fine but is it a separate sim card. The guy inform me no it is not they will just load the extra data on my phone every month on my exciting contract for R162 per month extra. So I agree. Then he inform me my package will be deliver to my door within the next 48hours, so I thought okay so maybe I just need to get a code from the package and enter it on my phone then I will be able to get more data. When the package come and I open it a saw it is a separate sim card. I phone Vodacom and inform them this is not what I expected so they inform me you got the package and you agree to take it so you need to pay it. Now it is more than 2 years later and my contract cancelation date was on the 18 March 2021. I phone the 082 1958 to cancel this sim card of mine that I don't use at all, because I got uncapped WIFI at my house and WIFI at work and every month I get data on my cellphone contract. I phone in on the 18/03/2021 to cancel it. Nothing happen they didn't cancel it on the 1 April the debit order went off again. On the 1 April 2021 I try to cancel it again, Nothing is happening, On the 12 April 2021 I phone in again to make sure it is cancel, still not on the 28 April 2021 I phone in again just to hear that it is still not been cancel. I WAS MAD, I THROW MY TOYS OUT OF THE COT!!!!! So now it is the end on April and another debit order will still go off from my account for people who is not doing their job. Really this is ridiculous.. I am paying for a sim card I don't use at all and now I am still paying for people who is not doing their job.
I phone a few times your office without any success... I even sent a WhatsApp to your WhatsApp number on the 2 April 2021 NO ONE REPLAY BACK. I sent an email to atkv@atkv.org.za on the 28 April 2021 and on lede.atkv.org.za on the 5 March 2021 no one replay back. I saw on my bank statements you debited my account of the amount of R95.00 on the 15 February 2021. On the 26 March 2021 ATKV debited my account of the amount of R190.00 why did you deduct it double and why on the 26 of March 2021? The agreement I sign was for the 15 of every month because I am getting my salary on the 15 of each month now all of a sudden ATKV deduct it on the 26. I saw ATKV deduct again on the 28 April 2021 R95.00 from my account. Why on the 28 if the 26 April was a normal working day WHY? I have a few questions why do you deduct it now on the 26 and 28 and not anymore on the 15 as agree and why did you deduct R190.00 on the 26 March, I saw there was funds available in my account on my bank statement. In the beginning when I apply to be a ATKV member in Oktober 2020. I ask where is my ATKV membership card and apparently you guys went over to a new system and according to that you don't give out membership cards anymore. It was a struggle to get my membership number from ATKV because no one answer the phones when I call.
Since the 23 January 2019 Fnb sent me the following smse FNB :-) DSV will deliver your Debit Card to DEPARTMENT OF ROADS AND TRANSP, MOREGLOED. For more info contact ********** FNB a div of FRB Ltd. Till now 2 Feb2019 i did not received my debit gold cheque card yet. Everyday i am phoning in and everytime they inform me that the will deliver it tommorow. The card already expire 31 January 2019 so i wont be able to use it anymore.. I am very dissatisfied with their service.
<p>My grand mother 81 years old arrange with me that we must go to Standard bank branch in Rietfontein to pick up her new Cheque card on the 10/09/2016. According to Rietfontein branch the card is still at a branch in Centurion. We did arrange with Rietfontein branch the same day to sent the card from Centurion branch to Rietfontein because it is too far to drive. On the 17/09/2016 a week later we went to Rietfontein branch again on a Saterday to find out if the card is now at Rietfontein branch or not. An employee at Standardbank Rietfontein put me on the line at Customer service at Standard bank to phone them and inform them about the story. An hour and a half later someone at Customers service inform me on the line that the card is still at the Couriers. After two hours later we are leaving the branch. I did get hold of the customer service contact number to follow up on the card. When i phone them they inform me that they will not assist me because i am not the account holder and they cant inform me where the card is my gran must phone them. Really my gran is 81 years old. I dont want to steal her money I just want to follow up where the card is, cause everytime I must arrange to get of from work to pick her up at her home and take her to the branch, and then we came there at the branch and the card is not there. REALLY this is unnacceptable.</p>
