On arrival we found that what was advertised as a "breach" house in a Oorde was infact a house in the middle of a busy road having people walking through the unsecured yard constantly, we permanently had cars driving up onto the pavement infront and around the house, parking as it's right by the entrance of the shopping complex (none of this was mentioned when promoting this unit (unit 161) - what was mentioned in there regulations is that no ten may be pitched against any unit, to our surprise a tent was pitched so close against the unit that we were not even able to open 2 of the bedroom windows as the tent was actually tied off on the unit. We phoned to clarify and rectify this, after waiting about 10 minutes on the phone someone finally answered as said someone would come so we can resolve this (now 4 days later we still waiting for this person!!). That was the 1st and only time they answered the phones, so as the units are to be cleant daily by 14:00 and ours wasn't and no phones were been answered we resorted to emails, which also dont get responded to- we were been continously been bit by something and got mozzie spray and roll on... 2nd night this continued, to our surprise we found fleas on the bedding. We've travelled all the way from.east london and paid close to R30k for the unit just to bring my family of 6 on a enjoyable holiday... and end up with this!!! Would really not recommend to anyone.

I tried making a booking and the response is the worst. Nothing that will want you to make a booking. And here I was looking forward to spend a week there. People need to be trained to sell the accommodation to you and not speak robotic language. Not any explanation what they have available. Prices, %to be paid and payment plan. That it. I haven't been their don't know what's available, how many rooms, what's available. In the rooms NOTHING. NADA. Ref 147679

Koswerf’s pizza was nothing short of sensational. The thin crust was baked to perfection—crispy yet tender. Generously topped with succulent chicken, vibrant sweet peppers, and earthy mushrooms, each bite was a harmonious blend of flavor. The cheese was expertly balanced, tying everything together in a mouthwatering masterpiece. Hats off to the chef—this deserves a standing ovation and a solid 10 stars!

Went on another weekend away at our home away from home and I am pleased to know that they haven't dropped their standards even in the slightest. It is always such a pleasure to be here. If I could give this place ZERO stars then I would. I've experienced the worst customer service ever!!! How is it a "policy" to cancel a booking after a deposit has been paid WELL IN ADVANCE?? On behalf of Zainab Philander

Why should I give a rate ...... Hartenbos Seafront and ATKV shopping centre should get NO RATE AT ALL!!! THIS PLACE IS A *******! When you stand more than 5 hours in the parking lot you pay from R650 and more just for parking. How .....can it be. The office tells you that you should read by the boom before entering the premises. How can one read when the queue is long outside before entering. Then it's also said that you must buy something at PicknPay to get discount to R350. ATKV likes to make money this is bull twang Why should one pay such a pathetic amount when you want to enjoy your holiday. The building manager could seriously accommodate us! 😕

Trying to speak to the resort you get to central reservation that takes forever to answer the phone! When you get to speak to someone their way of work is so rigid it is useless. Then transferring you the resort eventually.. no one picks up the phone after 40min of waiting.. still nothing!!! Pathetic service where they have a limited customer centric service attitude!!
