I tried making a booking and the response is the worst. Nothing that will want you to make a booking. And here I was looking forward to spend a week there. People need to be trained to sell the accommodation to you and not speak robotic language. Not any explanation what they have available. Prices, %to be paid and payment plan. That it. I haven't been their don't know what's available, how many rooms, what's available. In the rooms NOTHING. NADA. Ref 147679
With the new courier service they are using parcels takes the longest time to reach its destination. Cheapest isn't always the best option. Maybe not paxi itself but the courier service they are using.
Since November packages have been delivered late and not even black Friday deals. Parcels are scanned out and then handed over to other courier companies. It's goods that needs to be delivered to clients. My advice to companies using them, think twice about using their services. It's getting bad.
What a bad experience, adding some shoes to my cart and proceeding to payment and being kicked off the Vodapay app. You loose whatever you put in the basket and can't order it again because you have now reached the limit for the day.
