Takes them a month to send a parcel from Pep Eastgate to Pep in Melville. Which is not even 20 minutes drive apart from each other. When stores close the entire process starts again and the sender does not get informed. Rather use other courier services like PUDO takes them only 2 days to get a parcel from Jhb to Cape Town. And only R10 more expensive. When you phone PAXI customer support all they tell you oh well that is how the system works. Your system is broken and it does not work and if you don't have any issue with unhappy customers then you should not be in the courier business

I'm writing this as a very frausted customer, frausted is even an UNDERSTATEMENT My parcel was sent on the 28th of Feb 2026 ,and scheduled to arrive on 12 March which didn't happen. I proceeded to call and I was told they are having technical issues I should keep on checking. I then call again after no feedback and was told that the matter was escalated to the courier (14 March) On the 17th I recieved an sms that the parcel is ready for collection, only to arrive at PEPHOME POTCHEFSTROOM WEST and there no parcel. Workers proceeded to call them and tell them that they expected 7 parcels but only 6 arrived which is clearly my parcel I am very overwhelmed by this situation as that parcel cares something worth so much value for money I have been told feedback will be provided, but it is clear that my parcel is missing

I ordered items with Yaga, Paxi being the courier company. Its now the 4th week past its delivery date and no order has been received. So basically been waiting and its 2 months that have come and gone. No one gets back to you from Paxi and Yaga just blames Paxi. Cant claim until Paxi admits they lost the package. Chose another courier when ordering from Yaga

Poor service ever and no care for customers at all.ANP2242507 is untraceable.Place an Annique order on the 2nd March and to-date,i still have not received anything.No sms,nothing.I went to Pep stores and called Paxi but no luck at all.

Been waiting on my parcel to be delivered since 7 Jan. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Pep Paxi ruined my graduation day. My package was from Springs to South Gate. I’m on the third month now waiting. When I call they told me I’ve escalated but after calling more than 10 times I don’t know what to do
