I’ve sent a parcel at Pep Quagga Pretoria West on the 22nd April, for some reason the cashier directed it to Tembisa when it was meant to go to Bloem, I called in within an hour to rectify it when my customer received the text, it hasn’t reached Bloem it’s been a month, when I call in I never get feedback & the parcel is said to be in Bloem but not at the store. So unprofessional, horrible service.
I’ve completed my qualification 2024 January, I’ve missed 3 graduation, I don’t get assisted when I call in, they always say they’ll get back to me that’s when they’ve answered their phones, I’m not owing them a single cent. I’m beyond frustrated.

Hi there I had property I had bought through FNB 6 years ago and decided to sell it last year, the registration was finalized in October, so as from November it was no longer on my name, FNB still deducted the bond repayment in November 2022 and it’s reflecting on my salary advice, I called them sent them the salary advice and they told me to wait for 40 days, I waited again in Jan I called to find out when will I be refunded they told me it bounced back they don’t have it on their side. My pay master couldn’t account because FNB deducted the money, they’re giving me the run for my money, they don’t want to refund me.
I purchased a duffel bag on the 15th of October and to date (06th Nov) I haven’t received it, last week they sent me the wrong order, I got frying pan instead and don’t want to come collect it, their deliveryman lied to me that he’s on his way to deliver my bag now they don’t even want to refund me.
