I want my money, you *****ed me my money and you cant give me answers of what and why you took my money. Ref CER784642 spoke to Lerato Putuku who i called and she was clueless never investigate just told me I'm responsible, with no facts presented or evidence I told them of their ***** she was useless still waiting for a call from her superior which I doubt I will ever get cause I received a text advising me contact Independent Arbitrator, with whose airtime should I use as I have used over R200 airtime trying to get my R320 I guess I should use the last R120 airtime then I would have used twice the amount. G
I called in with missing airtime from my onbiller allocation spoken to a consulted who refunded me with R50 that was on Saturday Sunday when I wake up 104 of my airtime was missing and claims was that it was data usage which funny I had a limit lock the 1st day i used the number after receiving an sms from vodacom telling me that I have used 0.01 out of bundle and when 104 was taken no sms was even sent to me. Now this is a new number and already there was flags placed on it that when I call in the customer care I should be reffered to the onbiller intelicel with prepaid queries. I had ***** on my number hence the change money was taken out of my business account which I beilieve there are people in bpo involved which I have names in the past I was never assisted nor by the bank or the vodacom. To secure myself I changed numbers placed it on onbiller yet within a month there is already people within vodacom accessing my number and doing things on it without my concern or due process.
Their call centre needs customer service training they will not reach their full potential with the current outsource, no wonder the ratings are bad. Train your staff especially team leaders.
I went to the shop today 2024/07/16 to buy some essentials and did a cash back of R500. Before I payed used one of the Cash Express to withdraw a R1000 the ATM approved the cash and dispensed R0.00 the bank immediately reversed the money to my account. I was serviced by Emliee Chetty workstation #08 I swapped my card entered my pin and the total was R918.09 the transaction was declined due to time out code E800 Ref 008#000508344. She said it declined she will use another machine as it was network, she did so and the transaction declined due to insufficient funds. She then checked the balanced for me I was on R265 so I went back to check with the bank as they said the money was taken by the Express ATM, I called the bank did a statement and realized it was taken by checkmart Palmview. I went back to the store and the manager Kan said they have the problem all day and they don't know if I will I receive the money or not, if I receive the money I guess its good for me and if don't I should go back to the store after 48 hours so they can log a query to their head office, extra cost on me which they don't consider. They don't know when they bank their money and its really perthitic to have such a company with clueless managers and supervisors who cant provide direct information. I have have to spend about R100 worth of transportation going back and forth and extra bank charges, now I'm money less and cant afford the essentials i went to the store to get with my money while the money is with the store now they only thing i have is hope if I will get the money today, tomorrow or when Jesus comes back. This is an issue that there its not only today that there is such and having clueless people who cost us money to use our money its really not a service to be given to the public. Now who is going to be accountable for all the extra cost I have to go through? how will I have to carry on the month without the essentials I have budgeted for? I'm really disappointed at the stuff there they should get knowledgeable people to provide customer service.
Called Vodacom customer service went through to Merchants and Spoke to one of the rudest Team Leader ever by the name of Mpho who refused to give me his last name. Team Leader called me from a Teams number and was rude and insulted me with the advantage that the call was not recorded. He never assisted me. Later i spoke to Siyabonga who also never assisted me and pity i called back went to him again and i didn't want to speak to him, after the call he locked my line without my concern to my surprised it it was not only one number that was locked even my other number was locked. This was done by 2 used users both from Merchants, in Feb 2023 my number was ported from Cell C to Vodacom by Vodacom and ***** was committed from my business account money was taken till date no one is responsible cause my query was handled by Merchants agent Bridget from Social Media Desk who was also rude. I have spoken to Lerato who said she is the manager who promised to look into the issue. Mpho and Siyabonga should not be allowed to deal with customers.
Cell C should just pathways with Me call center! After all the calm they made to me and today they gave me their worst manager! I would like someone to listen to the call and give me feedback, I said it on a call and I'm saying it again stupid manager! From the 1st team leader they gave me who is a fraudster ME call center has no idea what is customer service let alone understand their cell c product and services. If one more person from ME call me again I will cry and let go of this. Just know I will not stop taking how bad ME management is, actually stupid.
I went to KFC Phumalani Mall, Olifantsfontein Rd, Clayville, Olifantsfontein, 1666 Sunday afternoon i was with my wife. She ordered and i paid using my card and we were order number 192. We waited and when i collected a lady by the name of Reneilwe gave me order 188 and i told her my order was 192 she said they are the same. I repeated to her more than 5 times that orders cant be the same she insisted. I took the order gave my wife, she realised there was no mini loafs, we ordered 6 piece it was 5. We were still in the parking lot we took it back in and asked her nicely prepare our order she refused and just added the loafs, we made her aware even the meat was not correct. She then said i thought you bought the 159 food. Our order was already given to someone else and other lady who refused i see her name tag claimed to be a supevisior said Reneilwe should give me my money back KFC its not mine. They created a scene and i was refunded my money in cash when i counted it was short. The service there its really poor and i understand the black on black disrespect. KFC runned like a ****z shop
My number was moved to Vodacom and no one can explain, call center and their store. Store just tell me the number is moved due to none payment which they also don't understand how, call center don see anything. I was advised to do an affidavit and bank statement and send to tduiker@cellc.co.za which till date no response i have lost money in the business account by this cause the number was our internet banking number. who snuffers by trusting their services, yet we still continue with them.
Cant link my cards to my online profile after being to the branch in midrand boulders, made 8 calls to the call center 2 days now. I have a business banker who is unreachable. i really think capitec app online service its far better than yours. last interaction that made me to review was with the online department spoke to a consultant named Vincent, he asked what was the problem i told him i cant link my business account error was to contact 0800222050, he said i should call that number. i told him i did they are the one that transferred me to the online department. he did not attempt to assist me, not even taking any details to check my profile which i find unwilling to assist. I requested to speak to their TL who he said was Lebase, he claimed Lebase was in a meeting and there was not senior around. Then said hold, before i could even answer i was already on hold, then a call was answered by Bafana who claimed to be a Superviour who disconnected the call in my ear. Just know i ran a business which i could not operate for the entire week because standard bank.
I called Cell C for about 5 times and spoke to stupid consultant who dont know what is customer service, they all hanged the phone on my ear. My query is that Cell C has apparently permanently deleted my number and all the consultant claim i failed authentication after 5 attempts one consultant managed to say i have passed authentication. Cell c cancelled one of my other contract and claims i owe them they cant provide me with invoices of which months i owe. And the other number was a month to month contract which i cancelled and was never cancelled i was paying R35 for that number after about 3 months the number was owing R576
