Clientele Life
Based on recent customer reviews, Clientele Life presents a deeply polarised customer experience. While many customers praise the warmth, patience, and professionalism of individual call centre consultants, the business faces severe criticism around unauthorized debit orders, misleading field agents, and difficulties cancelling policies. Pricing transparency and claims handling are significant pain points that overshadow the strong agent interactions many customers describe.

My uncle is a pensioner @72 years old dependent on social grant. He was approached by someone who claimed to be from Two Mountains running a promotion to assist senior citizens with grocery voucher. The individual took his ID number under the presence that he was going to register him for the R1000 free grocery voucher. He never received any voucher instead, he noticed that his social grant was lower than usual in January 2026. In February 2026 the money was deducted again and he decided to go to social grant administrators to find out what is going on. To his surprise, he learned that he has a social grant stop order for a Clientele Life policy. After several attempts to assist him, I finally managed to get the policy opened withought his knowledge cancelled. Clientele Life refuses to refund him two debit orders already taken from him even after establishing that he did not take up a policy nor did he know that he had a policy opened under his name, worse part *****ing money from his social grant. It makes me sick to learn that a company of this magnitude is *****ing from the most vulnerable people in the country. I also wonder on how many helpless senior citizens are affected by this **** of R1000 free voucher for groceries from Two Mountains.

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.
This business's biggest strength, according to Hellopeter's AI analysis, is Agent Quality & Customer Care. Named consultants are praised repeatedly for patience, friendliness, and going above and beyond. Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency. Customers appreciate premium reductions upon request but complain about unexplained annual increases, hidden excess charges, and debits continuing after cancellation.
