I have told them to stop phoning me I am not interested in any policies, they just ignore it and keep on phoning. I also asked them to remove my number from their system without eany success π‘π‘π‘π‘
I don't understand Im a loyal customer whith Telkom for many years now. Recommending to lots of people. Lately I have my doubts because the last 2-3 weeks the internet and wifi is more of than on so what are wr paying for? If you call customer care alk you hear is that its nationwide sorry for the inconvenience. Im tired of the excuses.
Good day. I have an account at PEP /Ackermans. One month I couldn't go to the store to make a payment so I paid via eft with the refrence number they sent me. Now they can't find the payment and they keep on calling and sending sms to tell me I must do a double payment. I sent them a proof of payment and still I must wait 7-10 working days. I refuse to do any payment until I get a answer from them. I feel this is not my fault.
Really guys I need your help urgently I don't know what else to do. The people from baseplay send me a sms 2times to tell me my numbet was unsibscribed. They are lieng because they still billing me. R63 already. I dont have the money. Please help me urgently!!!!
I accidentally pressed wrongly on my phone next thing I was subscribed for games and stuff charging me 7rand a day which is already deducted. I sent them a messages to unsay me because I can't afford this. Now they tell me Imust wait 48hours for an answer. Help because I realy dont have the money. I'm the solr breadwinner with a sick husband.
Really can't the operators remove your number when you tell them that you are not interested or that you can't afford anything extra. No they just keep on calling 4-5 times a day. My husband receives just a small pension but they don't care. Just keep on phoning. No man.
Clientele calls me up to seven times a day. I am not allowed to answer my phone at work. If blocked them and reported them cause I don't want anything from them. They didn't remove my number from their system as I asked.
Im still trying to get my husband's nr ported to Telkom from Vodacom. Everytime I was told to go to a Telkom store. Im living 100km from the nearest store. I visited a store 2 times already. Vodacom released my husbands number on the 29th of March to be ported to Telkom. Today when I tried to find out if the number was ported I was tld by the agent they can't help me I must go to a Telkom store again. All I want is for the number to be ported so he can keep his number. He can't acces his banking app because of the delay. This is becoming a headache for me. The worst part is that the shop doesn't have a telephone. I tried to call you the agent that helped me the first time without any success. Is there someone who can help me please???
My husband ended his contact with Vodacom and got a contract with Telkom. He wanted to port his number so I went to a Telkom store wich is 100 kilometers away to start the process. On the 14th of March Vodacom send him a sms with a OTP nr which he must send back if he want to do the port. He sended it back an he was told its the wrong OTP. I called them and asked how this was possible and I was told they can't help me I must go back to a Telkom store. I can't travel 100 kilometers every time because they made a fault. I got screenshots of the conversation as proof.
So now it is almost a week and I still can't connect to the network. I was called by a consultant yesterday who said they are going to make this a priority and nothing happened. So now my data and streaming data on my one sim is finished wich mean I can't whatsapp my loved ones anymore. I am not going to pay for extra data beacause of a person that wasn't capable to do his job.
