Perks account

I stopped this people from debting my account a month ago I have been calling them and telling them to cancel the perks account but they are still debiting my account even though I don’t use the perks account they have been debting me since last year they keep on taking 170s in my account even on Tuesday I told them to cancel my account but they keep on debiting my account and their debt orders cannot be reversed they took my last my money for transport I had to lend money I’d like this people to pay back all the money because I do not even use their perks
