Early February 2025 while I was applying for bond I learned that i have an account with Intellceell and had payed only December installment and was behind with payment .They said I have a tymbank account that I don't have .I have sent an affidavit and certified ID copy with five of my signatures to Arlene.Cronje

On the 11th of February 2026, I sent a WhatsApp message to inform them that my banking details have changed. It was confirmed by the agent on WA. I was told that it was escalated to the accounts department. Ons the 25th the debit orders went off the old account and after numerous efforts they blocked my phone on the 27th. Still no resolution or phone call, phone still blocked. This is a fault from their side, and I am the one paying for it. The responses on WA is the same that I will be contacted. I am furious!!

I made an arrangement for one debit order and I was debited twice. Mind you that was the last money I had but they are refusing to refund me. I asked to only be debited twice end of March however I still got debited twice this month.....something I never requested. One of the agents that transfered me was not even sympathetic.

Their agent phoned me and threatened to lock my phone because I refused to give them my new banking details as I am paying via eft (I paid via eft for January and February,I even sent proof of payment)

worst customer service ever every agent tells you something different why sell a contract if you dont have stock. They dont evern update you on progress worse service ever

Bad service all the salesman telling u different stories on your new contract dont know who to believe on the internet it says 0 fees but when u apply then its suddenly R500 fee before u could get your phone at first my contract was approved someone said congralutions u will get phone under 7 days then someone else would say u get phone in 1 month when 500 service fee is paid a lot of different stories and mix reactions and still i didnt get a phone in where i was needing 1 urgently i cancelled everything and gave them a poor rating soery wont recommend anyone to use them.

Be careful going into a deal with this people. They have permission of your whole phone access to your accounts and everything even if your contract is finished with them they still have access as a third party. Please be carefull very carefull dealing with them. You should be able to choose what is permissable or not, if i could send screen shots of what permissions they have. You will fall on your back. They can access anything and everything from your photos to your accounts and even get the passwords.
