Misleading Advertising
Please assist with Intelli cell Contact numbers: I apply online for a 12inch iPad they send me a Debi check which I agree to be debited on the 15th May 2026 but I receive a SMS on the 14th April they will deducted the R1000 for Admin fee mind I already approve the debi check before they send the SMS. The R1000 was deducted I could not stop it on my banking App on the 21/04/2026 they declined my Application and refuse my refund of R1000 according to them I still owe them old debt so they take that R1000 for the old debt however on the online Application they say after declined they fully refund so I am asking how is my old debt relevant to this current Application there is no where on they Facebook Statement stating that if a person has old debts with them they will take that R1000 instead it state I declined customer will be fully refunded.
