Intellicell not doing what they promise on their ads

I took out a contract with intellicell last year and was happy with the service even though i had some hickups now and then. Recently after they sent me numerous messages to say i qualify for an early upgrade i decided to go ahead and took out a data contract but ever since i took possession of my new phone and sim i haven't received any data but am paying for my contract every month. I've sent through numerous queries on their WhatsApp portal and email just to get the run around from them saying my data is allocated and even sent them photos and videos showing that nothing reflects on my sim only to be told yesterday that I must go buy a new sim from vodacom and do a sim swop. The person i dealt with on their WhatsApp portal was very unfriendly and had an attitude towards me when i wanted to know why i had to pay for a replacement sim when the problem was on their side. I will never recommend them to anyone to take out contracts.
