Unrepairable cell phone

Good Morning

I bought a ZTE Nubia V6 cell phone in 2025 through Intellicell on a 24 month contract for R329.00/month of which I have been honouring.

My phone’s screen is damaged and cannot use it due to the damage, I tried fixing the screen locally to no avail as the local cell phone repair shops have advised that they do not have the parts in and around Rustenburg for device.

I called your call centre on 2026/04/13 to tell you about my problem and ask if you can refer me to any shop repairs and instead I was sent an sms the reads thus :”Good day Tumisamg Nkoe Kindly note this is an End of Life product ,Supplier no longer have spares for your ZTE Nubia V60 Call Inellicell on ***”

An agent called me with a *** and basically confirmed what the sms said.

I am not happy with the fact that Intellicell expects me to continue paying for a phone that I cannot use anymore and cannot assist with repairs, I advised the lady I spoke to in the morning that I do not mind paying for the repairs myself. She even told me that I have a choice of paying R1200.00 to get a new phone from Intellicell because Intellicell is not going to assist with the problem that I have.

Please attend to the matter ASAP, I need to use what I am PAYING YOU FOR!!!
