Bed Customer Service

I am not happy with the customer service they we are being given, your people are too rude and unable to assist the client I think they sick proper traing on how to handle customer queries

Unaccepted poor customer service

The Courie person, by the name of Emmanue, provided me with terrible customer service today.He was always in a hurry and did not even expllain why he was returning my package, telling me to phone the landkine.I do not understand why i didnt receice my package because because he asked for my ID, which i gave him, and he asked if I had drivers licence or smart card. I repp**** that I do not have either, only ID book. He then informed me that I would have to contact head office to acuire my package. So now I will have to go home affairs to apply for the smart ID before I can get my parcel? Such Awful and subpar customer sevice to your customers. could you simply return my package to the supplier I will make arrangements with them for how I will pick it up than dealing with such unprofesional people

Bad Customer Service Ever

The African bank exceptionally poor service, I have been calling since Monday to get help with a basic issue, and as of this now, I have not received any assistance. The best they can do is to transfer your call from one person to another and send you from Pillar to Post. I believe that they also hire people who only speaks Isizulu, we are not all Zulu, and they are unable to even speak English. I am dissatisfied with their service, they require significant training on customer service and client response techniques.
