I have been trying to cancel the subscription with this company as I think I subscribed by mistake when I was looking for flight in January. They keep debiting my account every week. I tried calling the call centre to cancel but clearly they are still trying to debit my account every week. Just need to warn people not to subscribe to this company. They will take your money every week. I know R229 or so its not a lot of money to many but to me, it's a lot of money. I even had to move to a different bank so that they dont find anything in my account as they try debit every week. The beginning of March they debit R229 from my account and ever since, they want to debit every week. I want to cancel and their web page is not helpful. Just a waste of time.

Such ****mers they deducted my account subscription fee now in March and lastly used their services in November,calling them and they say I’m on their month to month subscription but why was never deducted all along???****mers!!!!

This guys have been charging for what I do not know. I cancelled but they still keep on charging my account. When I rented a car through them they made me pay. Deposit and told me I will just collect the car at Avis, all to find out I still need to pay double what I paid.

I used edreams to book flights in Jan 2026. from end of Jan i started gett debited R229 for a subscription i never opted for and did ot give authority to debit . i cancelled the subcribtion on the app and last month they debited me again. i want my money back for both months. these guys are absolute ****** .
