Edreams of nightmares ⚠️
They debited my account without my consent, approval or registration. I only booked a flight through them but it seems like they put me in some kind of subscription. I did not authorise that. Moreover, it is impossible to get a hold of them. Just don't use them for anything because they will use your details without you consenting.0 replies

Discovery Bank's Surprising Incompetence
After 3 weeks an 17 calls with reference nrs, FICA managed to change the address on my banking app. My wife sent an invitation for a secondary cardholder and after 5 business days with no feedback I called. And my application was cancelled. No reason, no person accountable, just cancelled, and I was instructed to try again. Why will I try again if the system is so disappointingly useless.1 reply

Credit Card Dispute Process
I submitted 2 credit card claims on 15 Jul 2021 and has still not been assisted. I visited the branch who said I need to call the call centre or use the app. I then called the call centre where a robot did not understand what I wanted and hung up. I called 3 more times with no help. I then disputed the transactions on the app where it asked limited info of which my transaction did not fit any descriptions.1 reply
