I have used them multiple times and they were on time, friendly and affordable, I am concerned to see the bad reviews and would like Mr Paring to respond though. But personally I have had multiple good experiences.
After 3 weeks an 17 calls with reference nrs, FICA managed to change the address on my banking app. My wife sent an invitation for a secondary cardholder and after 5 business days with no feedback I called. And my application was cancelled. No reason, no person accountable, just cancelled, and I was instructed to try again. Why will I try again if the system is so disappointingly useless.
After 14 calls, over 15 days, discussions and theories, Discovery Bank failed to call me back on call nr 15, as promised to resolve my app. Ref nr: 12490721 I have been unable to change my address for 15 days, and not one person can take responsibility to see the process through

Nothing changed 30 Aug 2023: Call as nothing has changed, spoke with Mpho, and the phone hung up, he does not call back. After 12 calls, and empty promises, I am speechless and still receiving we need documents notifications.
The cancellations number 082 1958 has been cutting off once I enter the number I want to cancel. Highly frustrating and the only way to cancel a line
I submitted 2 credit card claims on 15 Jul 2021 and has still not been assisted. I visited the branch who said I need to call the call centre or use the app. I then called the call centre where a robot did not understand what I wanted and hung up. I called 3 more times with no help. I then disputed the transactions on the app where it asked limited info of which my transaction did not fit any descriptions.
I submitted a claim 17 March 2021 and it is now 7 April and I have received no feedback.
No Feedback in 4 days after website says they will respond in 24hours.
