On arrival we found that what was advertised as a "breach" house in a Oorde was infact a house in the middle of a busy road having people walking through the unsecured yard constantly, we permanently had cars driving up onto the pavement infront and around the house, parking as it's right by the entrance of the shopping complex (none of this was mentioned when promoting this unit (unit 161) - what was mentioned in there regulations is that no ten may be pitched against any unit, to our surprise a tent was pitched so close against the unit that we were not even able to open 2 of the bedroom windows as the tent was actually tied off on the unit. We phoned to clarify and rectify this, after waiting about 10 minutes on the phone someone finally answered as said someone would come so we can resolve this (now 4 days later we still waiting for this person!!). That was the 1st and only time they answered the phones, so as the units are to be cleant daily by 14:00 and ours wasn't and no phones were been answered we resorted to emails, which also dont get responded to- we were been continously been bit by something and got mozzie spray and roll on... 2nd night this continued, to our surprise we found fleas on the bedding. We've travelled all the way from.east london and paid close to R30k for the unit just to bring my family of 6 on a enjoyable holiday... and end up with this!!! Would really not recommend to anyone.
Have only had swift, efficient and friendly service dealings with debt busters. Would absolutely recommend them
Having taken a Samsung S7 on contract from the Vodacom shop beacon bay east london, ********** , vodacom ********** and been told by collen, a employee at the shop that the phone comes with a free screen replacement over and above the standard warrentee. After a few months the phone screen had a few cracks but still worked perfectly, so as to not waste the one free screen replacement, it was left as is and working properly, however Friday 2018/03/16 the screen hand a few black lines running across the screen so after work i went to a Vodacom shop only to be told to go to the one in Vincent park, as it was late I went there the following day (saturday) only to be told I must go to beacon bay as that's where the contract was taken to spite the Vincent shop been the shop that does repairs. I proceeded to the Vodacom shop in beacon bay and was told that it was only a one year free screen replacement and that expired 15 days prior BUT the fact that it was said that it is only valid go one year, collen who issued the phone must rectify this matter. On Tuesday 2018/03/20 after hearing nothing from the Vodacom shop I went there and spoke to collen who claimed he stipulated its only for one year, although 2 people are witness to the fact he failed to do so, but he took it upon himself to e-mail Samsung and ask them to replace the screen, claiming that Samsung refused, he stated he has done his job and their I nothing more he can do. After arguing pointlessly the owner of the shop came and stated his staff member says he said it came with a on year screen replacement and I must rather contact Samsung to tell them to change their policy and that his staff will not be spoken to in such a manner, after emphasizing the fact that his staff member failed to correctly inform us as customers and that the contract is with that store so what am i supposed to do, it was said that they are not going to take responsibility and that's all there is to it.
