Waste of time
This place has 0 service Bought a wikideal voucher called both numbers several times and it just rings eventually someone answers only to say i need to email I email no reply i email 4 times no reply I instagram them they respond with i need to call that same number and once again no one answers Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people

No feedback, lost my parcel and lying about it
Hi Paxi is the worst courier company I sent my parcel valued at 2k. The distance is 15km away end of July They still haven’t found it Everyday I call and msg and the just say my parcel is with the courier or its t the hub and they will escalate No no no feedback I want my money they full of lies They should close their doors No one should ever use these unreliable people

Worse nappi ever made
Hello! I saw on Facebook you guys recommending this hi baby nappies I bought it for my twins and what a waste of money just 1 pee and you have to change the nappie. It immediately goes through and wets all the clothes worst ever and I bought the big pack Out of all the nappies I tried this is definitely the worst one

Worst service they don’t want to pay my retirement fund to my new fund
Please never bother to do business with Liberty I resigned from my previous company in March 2025 I have sent mails upon mails I’ve called plenty of times and still no one gets back to transfer my fund to my new retirement fund Every time I get an automatic reply that they respond and they never do Don’t know why they just don’t care about people’s money Wish no one does business with them ever

SAMSUNG Z FLIP FLOP PHONE
This is the worst company ever Quality and service 0 I’ve been asking Samsung to help me since February yet they don’t care My Z flip 4 just went blank did not fall nothing yet they back and forth like it’s my problem that they created a phone that should never have been created Sooooo expensive and this is the 3rd time it’s giving issues No one cares here no customer service at all They want me to pay for repairs that is clearly a manufacturer problem Thousands complain about the same issue and yet Samsung does nothing NEVER EVER BUY A SAMSUNG DEVICE THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS

Worst, long service ever
This is the worst courier company No customer service at all. No one cares The guy didn't even call my yesterday he just left. Today I call them I'm told it will come the afternoon I call now I'm told it will come tomorrow. I'm a sales rep that cant afford to take off just to wait for a parcel that I need for work. Unreliable service they must never be in the service industry

Bad service!
Such bad service at Posh Clothing in Belgravia. They all nice when you spending money in the store but when you need to return something they say they can’t help you. They don’t do returns even though only one item out of the 5 items I bought was very revealing and can’t be worn. Nothing gets told when you purchase it. This place is clearly only interested in you when you spending money. How is it possible that a retail store does not return garments? And then still have an attitude about it. And force me to take something else when I don’t like anything else. Not even empathizing. Never going there again. Treat your customers like royalty cause there’s plenty of shops. Service is the most important thing in retail!
