Coco Vogue
Based on recent customer reviews, Coco Vogue faces severe and systemic service failures across virtually every dimension of the customer experience. Communication is consistently described as non-existent, with unanswered calls, ignored WhatsApp messages, and unresponsive emails being the dominant complaint. Treatment quality is undermined by hygiene concerns, misleading advertising, and rushed sessions, while pricing disputes, hidden fees, and refused refunds compound customer frustration.

Poor client service, they have the worst booking system. I even regret not reading reviews before buying voucher. I even blame Wikideals for associating with such a ****py business. Perhaps the only way they survive as a business is through us blindly buying and leaving us with useless vouchers. They even have the nerve to say I must bring my own towels, what ******* is that?!

I bought a voucher via wiki deals, my wife called them for reservations for the 21st at 2pm which they confirmed we can come now they asked her to send POP and voucher number for booking which they struggled to open attached PDF now they giving us different times and slots. We have been calling since last week, send emails but only to be told today Saturday is out only have availability at 4pm or Sunday as if we don't have life's to live after contacting them since last week already.

Very disappointed with the service from Coco Vogue. I purchased a Wiki Deals voucher and made an appointment on 17 December 2025 to use the voucher on 13 March 2026 – that’s about 3 months prior booking the appointment. When I called on the morning of the appointment to confirm, I was told it was not booked. Please note, I was physically at their premises when making the appointment. Terrible! Their service is extremely poor. I will never go to them again for any type of treatment.

Bought a voucher from wikideals for coco vogue. Can't get hold of them to make a booking on email or telephonically. This feels like I have been ****med and I don't understand why they are still allowed to sell their services which they don't provide hoping people will forfeit. I have tried to make a change in my booking date; they told me they would respond and busy with it which they never did. The fine print states that you must bring your own towels which is already an inconvenience, then they tell you to book out a bed and room it's an extra R250 per person which is not in the fine print. This is broad day *******, and this service should not be sold. You can't sell a service without the products needed to execute it.

I purchased a voucher at Hyperli to celebrate my special day at Coco Vogue, expecting a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time as instructed. However, I was left sitting for 30 minutes with no assistance. No one communicated with me or explained the delay. I eventually had to approach the receptionist myself to ask what was happening. After that, I was taken to another side of the premises, where we stood outside for about 10 minutes while staff attempted to call someone to open the door. There was no answer. I had to walk back to the main building and request assistance again. Even then, the door was still not opened promptly. At that point, I felt so frustrated that I wanted to cancel my appointment, but I was informed that the voucher was non-refundable. This made the situation even more upsetting, especially since it was my birthday. The overall experience made me feel undervalued and disappointed on what was meant to be a special day. I was unable to even enjoy the food included in the voucher because of how the situation affected me. That said, I would like to sincerely thank the one staff member who stepped in, assisted me, and helped calm me down when I was ready to walk out and forfeit my voucher. Her professionalism stood out in an otherwise very poor experience. Thank you to the other ladies who came to check up on us to see what was the hold up. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

After numerous attempts to book, more than one Coco Vogue staff have denied me this. Their customer service is POOR. Just ZERO solution as if I wasn't paying customer. I've tried over a couple of weeks... Their online/ chat system to book is flawed. After explaining that I was unable to book - Shockingly, I was not allowed to book telephonically even while speaking to a staff member. They quite literally offered no solution, no call back.. Nothing. Sad

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.
This business's biggest strength, according to Hellopeter's AI analysis, is Agent Quality & Customer Care. Named consultants are praised repeatedly for patience, friendliness, and going above and beyond. Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency. Customers appreciate premium reductions upon request but complain about unexplained annual increases, hidden excess charges, and debits continuing after cancellation. Transparency at policy inception is a recurring gap.
