Good day With the bad weather conditions we currently experiencing i have ask to reschedule my appointment i have for the 10th May at your place ... the lady called Siwo just bluntly told me for rescheduling it will cost R250 per person ... which I feel is unfair taking into the consideration of the weather and safety of the clients... I would like to have my appointment rescheduled. She was very unprofessional
You are promised incentives and a month later still cannot access the funds. Countless messages has been sent to the relevant departments and they keep on saying its with H/O
Good day I have my Samsung Flip 5 for 7 months and on 13.7.2024 my flex cable started giving me problems and caused a white line across my screen. I went to Samsung Repair centre in Tygervalley and the morning my phone fell out of my pocket... upon entering the store and explaining to the consultant what happend she immediately said my warranty is voided because of my phone that fell. I the also told her I never had any problems with my flex cable on my Flip 4 and her reply to me was that its a common problem on the Flips... then again I asked her because it's a common problem why can't it be booked in then for it . I then also asked her to give me a qoute for the repair as I have insurance and then she said it's going to cost roughly R14k and then also asked her if I could get the route and she said it takes 2 - 3 hours to get a qoute..... which I ddnt understand why so long ..... All I wanted was for my Flex cable to be fixed under the warranty .
Good day I've called in 4 times today and to enquire about an upgrade on a number. They ask to perform a security check. Asking me when is my debit order and bank they debit from . I say I'm a cash payer . They ask again what was the bank I used before I answer and then I get told I'm failing security questions . 4 different consultants.
