Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Care

I had a very disappointing experience at Coco Vougue. I booked a full body massage and, upon arrival, was assigned a male the******. As I was not comfortable with this, I politely requested a female the****** instead. To my surprise, I was told that I would need to pay extra to change my appointment. This was never communicated at the time of booking, and I found it completely unreasonable — especially given that the****** preference can be a matter of personal comfort. The lack of understanding and flexibility in this situation was extremely disappointing. I ultimately chose to leave rather than proceed under those conditions. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not return or recommend this establishment.
