Bad service

With the bad weather conditions we currently experiencing i have ask to reschedule my appointment i have for the 10th May at your place ... the lady called Siwo just bluntly told me for rescheduling it will cost R250 per person ... which I feel is unfair taking into the consideration of the weather and safety of the clients... I would like to have my appointment rescheduled. She was very unprofessional
