I don’t even know whether to call this ****gery or daylight ******* but it’s definitely one of the two. Firstly I have no active policy with them, all I did was do an enquiry because I wanted to change my current insurer, oh boy! I literally opened a can of worms Infact opened myself up to *******, Outsurance keeps deducting money on my account, 1st debit was in April for R1 624.00, I only realised this in May and I give them a call immediately, I spoke to the lady called Tsegofatso who claimed to be the manager, she apologised for “-all the inconvenience “ and said the First Lady I spoke to is new hence the mistake, instead of my money being paid back to me, they deducted 20 rand and R95, I called again, same story, apologies and this time I spoke to a guy called Tebogo, who introduced himself as the manager, I still did not receive my money on the 15 May they deducted R1500 again in the 16 they deducted R1300, all these are deducted without me having any pololicybwith them and after telling them that they must remove my details from their marketing and everything that has my name cause honestly this is ****gery. To date my monies have not been refunded to me
I ordered Crocs online, on the 13 February 2026. Which was delivered by RAM on 16 February. When I opened my order one pair was missing (black Siren clog). I immidiately called the driver to alert him, he told me sometimes it happens when there was not enough stock and they would later send it. 2 days passed without any communication from Crocs or delivery guys, I then Dm crocs SA on instagram and fb still no response, till today I don’t have the shoe that I paid for, no communication nothing from them, despite multiple attempts to speak to them. I also called the customer care where I was told it will be investigated, from packaging to warehouse and up to delivery but still I have not received any feedback.
Avis car rental in Port Elizabeth air port branch. On 22 November , I booked a car with them for a day, when I took the car out of the air port parking bay it was after 8 almost 9am, returned the following day on a Sunday, at 9: 27 , which was still within the turn around times, I have pictures proving that, as the security had written arrival time on the car, even that he didn’t capture the exact time, but that’s not an at this point. My reason for writing this review is the invoice I got after returning the car, they charged me for 2 days, upon receipt of this invoice I called, i explained my issue, i was informed that the manager will give me a call back after checking the cameras, which never happened, i then called again after two days, asking to speak to the manager, her name is Natasha, still i couldn’t speak to her I was told she is in a meeting , but she will call. Couple of days later I called again and spoke to Siphokazi, again i reiterated my complaint, she assured me that this is a non issue the manger will confirm times on camera and will revert to me, but I couldn’t speak to the manager as she was said to be busy wit audits, till this day 27 December 2025, my mney has not been fully refunded to me and no call back from the manager.
I financed my car in 2019 with them, and it’s been hell of a ride, which I regret every day. ☝️ they are not transparent, I do not get account statements even after asking for it, it’s been months now and they are not responding even to my email, when I call I’d be told it’s going to be sent shortly, months later still nothing. Why do I have to beg for my statement something I am legally entitled to? You wonder what they are up to really.
