I am so upset with the Manager Solomzi at Access park branch.My wife ordered a pair of crocs online the size was too big so we wanted to exchange but Solomzi said that the shoe was worn.Why do I want to change the size and how can my son wear the sandal if it's too big.Another Sandal was bought at Access Park branch.Remember all my sons shoes are crocs not one have the sc****d fronts as this new pair we bought.Solomzi directly said it's not a factory fault and he can't change gbe sandal.I'm so livid as he does not manage his store instead he makes decisions for the customer.I'm now a lost of 2 pairs of sandals.The one pair was bought on 1st February my son had only wore tge sandal once.The online sandal i'm stuck with as the Manager claims it was worn.I don't think I want to do business with Crocs anymore.The same Senario with the sc****d shoe from the store In the Box Access Park and they changed the Sandal without as many questions and doubts as your Manager has at Crocs Access Park.Very unhappy customer.
I enterered WW Kenilworth centre to unblock my card.A unfriendly Chevonne assisted me.While assisting me she let me wait and attended to three different customers and let me sit and wait for me. She then handed my query to Ms.Mohamed we dealt with me and in seconds my query was resolved.Chevonne needs some customer care service training ver disappointed in WW.
I needed the toilet urgently and had my two year son with me.I scanned myself in with my son on my arms then Eric said sorry my son is not allowed as he was not a member.On several occasions I was granted Access with my two year old son.The reason he not a member is because I was going to request membership for him when he was three.In any case he was not going to use VA equipment as he just accompanied me to the toilet.Eric refused him entry and said I must leave him at the entrance.What parent would just leave their child at the entrance.I was so furious and just left.Seriously VA do you want me to leave my son unaccompanied at the entrance????Disgusted Parent.
I am so livid as I'm a regular customer at Pick n Pay Plumstead.I had a cash send which I had no idea how to get the cash.I went to cigarette counter and there was a line which I went to the front just to ask a question about withdrawing the funds however your staff member Abdullah was in the line and rudely shouted at me telling me there is a line and I told him i'm aware that there is a line and I'm just going to ask the cashier a question on how to withdraw the money.The way he shouted at me was not appreciated.This is the first time a staff member treat me so bad at Plumstead PnP itwas my favourite store and I would want to change stores due to a rude staff member.
I took the bonus with R300 deposit.I basically went up to R1900.00 and yet I can't draw cash.When you are advised by a Robot that you must first play out your bonus given before your money can be withdrawn.What a *******.I think YesPlay is a ****mer because my money on a count went down to R600 then up to R1900.00 which I will leave for YesPlay to see.What a ******* they want you to actually play everthing off and no cash will come your way.So you waisting your money and playing for fun.
I looked forward for a well deserved break at Boardwalk hotel.Coming from Cape Town stayed over at Garden route hotel what a great experience friendly staff and accomodation to suite Myself my wife and my 1year old son.Arriving at Boardwalk after a beautifull rest at Garden route hotel my holiday was spoilt.I booked in Monday 25/11/24 room 114.What a disaster the 3 of us had to share 1 bed.I phoned reception they said we must make ourself comfotable as there is no other rooms available and should we change we will have to pay a difference words from manager in charge.The flippen bed is so uncomfortable as I think it's broken on the right side making noises when you sit on the right side.After a few years visiting boardwalk hotel I'm not impressed this is my second night sleeping on this bed and my body feels sore in the morning.I really don't think as a gold member to get such bad service from Sun International.Before I left Cape Town i looked forward to my road trip but i'm really disappoint.I was not going to complain at reception as the Manager that helped me on Monday had a great stinking attitude.Well done Boardwalk hotel for spoiling my holiday
I visited PnP Laguna mall Friday 20th September as I'm a regular customer there.However on several occasions when I visit they sell samoosas on a table and it's forever standing open with no cover which to my knowledge is very unhygienic.I approached the Manager and told him why can't they use a dome to cover it.He just said it would hide the samoosas and it won't sell.He then had it removed and took it to the back.I have not returned to see if it was permanantly taken away,because that same time I had an issue with the supervisor. I bought 2 x 5lt refill water and the cashier charged 1 x refill and 1 x normal price 5lt water.I queried it with cashier however supervisor Ronel was not available. When she came back the cashier advised her of the mistake.Ronel did not acknowledge me then after helping 3 clients and letting me stand like a fool with no acknowledgement,she then proceeded with the refund.Im sorry to say at PICK N PAY PLUMSTEAD YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT LAGUNA MALL WITH IT'S MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ESPECIALLY RONEL NEED TO TAKE LESSONS FROM PICK N PAY PLUMSTEAD.I will not visit Pick n Pay Laguna mall again because they in any case outdated and need a revamp.
I'm so disappointed in Woolworths as a company.I have been a customer for so long and the treatment received now after a query is pathetic.I received an sms to say if I buy on my woolies card for R1000.00 on or before 27th November I qualify for a voucher of R300.00.I especially went to woolies on 27th not realising I only have credit to the value of R870.00 as I made a previous purchase of OVER R2k.However I told the incompetent cashier the cash difference to qualify for the R1000.00 offer she needs to put it on my woolies card which she never did as she just rang the difference in cash which automatically disqualify me from getting the R300.00 voucher which I specially went on the 27th to qualify for the R300.00.I'm very disappointed as I queried it via your online queries.No investigation was done just a reply to say I did not qualify after I tried to explain myself in a lengthy email.
I bought Retractaline by PnP Ottery Hyper.When I opened it I saw it was second hand.I returned line and was replaced by a sealed box.Then after installation it did not retract.I Contacted Retractaline and spoke Phillip,the kind soul with excellent customercare service.He then told his assistant Matt Marais to come and replace the Retractaline.Within a few days my line was replaced and fitted by Matt Marais well done guys your aftercare service is highly recommended.You gave me 5 star aftercare service.Well done Retractaline.Thank you Phillip and Matt.
I am so disappointed at your Plumstead branch.I bought a brand new Tucson and now the indicator lever is faulty and the seat belt does not retract properly which could be detrimental in the case of an accident.I spoke to Nicky and Douglas who promises to get back to me and never does.I was going to trade in the Tucson to upgrade but I don't think I will make use of your branch.After service at it's worst.Douglas suppose to be the senior but also make empty promises.
