Really and truly disgusted with the service received.Absolutely useless in what they do,more like a circus is being runned than a business.Will never recommend any of my family members,business associates to ever use this property ever 😡😡

I'm a member of Sun International Vacation Club (Sun City's Sun Vacation Club) In my latest experience and interaction with their accounts department, was absolutely shocking. Exept for one appology after the other, they is no urgency to resolve a issue or query. You can ask ask to speak to a manager, but s manager is just never available. Over the course of week, I have left 4 msg requesting for the accounts Manager, Losknee to call me back, but just getting no responds.

I'm a member of Sun International Vacation Club (Sun City's Sun Vacation Club) In my latest experience and interaction with their accounts department, was absolutely shocking. Exept for one appology after the other, they is no urgency to resolve a issue or query. You can ask ask to speak to a manager, but s manager is just never available. Dear Sunbet / Sun international I am so unhappy with your services, firstly live support agents gave me s#@t , they so short off, no customer services or satisfaction at all , firstly I'm a new member to Sunbet , I did my first withdrawal , did a hell hectic playthrough, and actually did my first withdrawal, the agent didnt even congratulate me at all, just said iust FICA I have been trying since yesterday to FICA , because your app is faulty, I can't upload anything,,,,I've been struggling and waiting up until now, 14:43 pm , which is ridiculous, I feel very under valued . This is totally unacceptable, I am very unhappy, disregarded and ill treatment was given, not a good experience at all.........

Formal Complaint: 7 Days of Silence Following poor Service at Wild Coast Sun To Sun International Senior Management, I am posting this as a formal follow-up to a matter escalated seven days ago, for which I have received zero feedback. The lack of communication following my stay at the Wild Coast Sun is as unacceptable as the service failures themselves. Previously, I held your establishment in high regard; however, it is clear that standards have declined significantly. I am placing the following incidents on the public record: Housekeeping Inefficiency: We were forced to wait over an hour for fresh towels despite numerous calls to Housekeeping and Reception, disrupting our scheduled plans. Failure of Room Maintenance: Upon returning after 1:00 PM, our room remained unserviced. I was forced to manually request cleaning, requiring my family to vacate the room once again. Unprofessional & Degrading Checkout: Our departure was delayed by a staff member who repeatedly questioned the ages of my children (11 and 16) in an accusatory tone in front of other guests. Insinuating dishonesty regarding my booking and breakfast charges was embarrassing and insulting. To be treated like a "person of interest" rather than a valued guest—especially after the prior service failures—is entirely unacceptable for a Sun International property.

The Wild Coast Sun has always been our family’s holiday destination, and we have never had an experience like this before. On our last day, our vehicle would not start and we urgently needed accommodation for the night so that we could arrange for it to be towed the following morning. We were informed that there were no rooms available, despite the website showing availability. We were prepared to pay the price for the room. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of compassion or understanding for the difficult situation we found ourselves in.

Terrible and disgusted with service received at sun city😡😡.Unhelpful and cannot assist me in any way as im a loyal client at sun city.Will never recommend any of my family members friends and overseas guests to stay at sun city ever.In my eyes u not running a business more like a circus 😡😡😡
