While I expected a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Suncity , the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members made the experience unpleasant and frustrating. Throughout my visit, several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when addressing simple requests and concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect. No matter which area you go too, staff members have the same attitude. You can't even get a simple "Helo" from anyone, and this is not the first time i am having this experience. Maybe sun international needs to re-look at the competency and hospitality of their staff members, especially the fact that this is a hospitality organization. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer care shown during my stay. A positive guest experience depends greatly on staff attitude, and unfortunately, this was slacking
Very disappointing service. The staff is absolutely rude and unfriendly. When I arrived, there was no one to assist me with my luggage. We stood in the line for around 45 mins just to get breakfast, the bathrooms were very unhygienic and the room toilet had a smell. Very unpleasant experience, especially from the staff. You pay so much money just to receive pathetic service like this. No hospitality what so ever.
We recently booked in Jeffery's bay at Marina Martinique and received pathetic customer service from the host. It was our first time visiting the place and he could not even assist with a google location of the place, we spent over 1 hour trying to look for the place. Most unhelpful and rude host ever. It was an issue when we requested access and exist code for the security, Its such a beautiful place, but very dissatisfied with the customer service
Extremely poor service received. No feedback after continuous follows ups. My flight details were changed for some odd reason, and I have not received my updated ticket. Definitely my first and last time using them
I have no words to describe the incompetency of Vodacom . I received my router almost three weeks ago and it is still not active. I've spoken to 6 different people and no one seems to have the urge to assist me in anyway. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone. Seems like their client's mean nothing to them!
