Sun Vacation Club (Lefika) - high quality accomodation, but low quality service
Sun Vacation Club (Sun City Lefika) - worst customer service ever ! They don't reply to emails, unless it's sent mutliple times to mulitple people. Stay away - you better off, finding accomodation OUTSIDE Sun City and doing a day visit !0 replies

As a client of Payfast, I would expect a bare minimum service level. After logging into https://www.payfast.io it's not unreasonable to expect a contact us feature - but there is none, nice going Payfast. It's impossible to communicate with Discovery Bank via email (there is no email address for general enquiries) or via whatsapp (they don't have a number available)
