Disappointing experience from suncity

While I expected a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Suncity , the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members made the experience unpleasant and frustrating. Throughout my visit, several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when addressing simple requests and concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect.

No matter which area you go too, staff members have the same attitude.

You can't even get a simple "Helo" from anyone, and this is not the first time i am having this experience. Maybe sun international needs to re-look at the competency and hospitality of their staff members, especially the fact that this is a hospitality organization.

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer care shown during my stay. A positive guest experience depends greatly on staff attitude, and unfortunately, this was slacking
