Waited 3 hours for my ASAP delivery only for my order to be canceled! This is not the first time this has happened either, it's always a gamble ordering from ASAP, you never know if you will get your order on time or at all! Completely unreliable grocery delivery service. Rather use Checkers sixty60, much more reliable.
Absolutely useless! You're better off getting a lawyer or fighting the case yourself. Took 6 months to tell me that there's nothing they can do. Just copied and pasted a statement from the retailers website which I was already aware of! Only sent one email correspondence during the entire 6 months! Seems like they are not for the consumer at all. More in favor of the retailer. I dont know why I expected more from a South African organization. Should have known that our public service sectors are Absolutely Pathetic. This one is no different.
Bunch of ****mers!! Why do you offer a Maternity Benefit if you're just going to keep using my MSA to pay for claims that should be covered by the Maternity Benefit?? This is *****ulent use of funds in my MSA!
Absolutely poor and appalling customer service! They refuse to replace a fridge that was delivered to me damaged already! I have sent pics of the damaged fridge in the original packaging and you can CLEARLY see it was damaged on arrival! They refuse to accept responsibility for their negligence. I will be taking this further with my lawyers if not resolved.
The height of incompetence!! Just trying to get my mobile phone delivered is such an issue!! Telkom agent advised that I only need electronic copies of ID and Proof of Residence. CourierIT refused to deliver the phone as they demanded printed copies! Telkom agent said she arranged for a re-delivery but that was not done!! The Miscommunication is highly frustrating!! Now I am leaving the country and STILL do not have my mobile phone! CANCEL MY CONTRACT. CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF INCOMPETENCE.
Absolutely useless and unprofessional! The driver Peter refuses to deliver my phone because I do not have hard copies of proof of address and ID when I already confirmed with Telkom Mobile that the electronic copy is perfectly fine! Now I'm leaving the country without a cellphone!! This is beyond frustrating. Why is the driver imposing different rules than what was agreed with me by Telkom Mobile???
I have always had good experiences with Superbalist until now. They delivered an order to me with 1 item missing from the order. I informed them of the missing item a few weeks ago and have not been getting responses unless I follow up with them. It's been weeks later and they are still "investigating"! They keep asking me the same questions over and over again and it's highly frustrating! I've paid for an item which I did not receive! It's simple as that. I want my money back! I'll never be shopping on Superbalist ever again after this experience.
Your ever so useless Portable Nebulizer was good for ONE use only and after that it just refused to work. Completely unreliable in a dire situation when my 3 month old infant was sick and needed to be nebulised. I had to go out and purchase a proper Nebulizer from Dischem because your product is so defective and only works when it feels like. How do you pride yourself in being a supplier of quality products when you have left me helpless in a time of need? What if your product decided to stop working in the middle of the night?? How was I to Nebulize my baby then?? I cannot believe that you are not willing to take responsibility for selling a defective product. I definitely would not recommend BabyWombWorld products to any mothers nor would I ever purchase a product of yours again after the dismal experience I had. No response from customer service either! Absolutely pathetic
Please avoid booking anything with the Mall Of Africa branch as you will be utterly disappointed! Their lack of service is just shocking. I have to follow up multiple times before I even get acknowledgement of my communication! And even then, its just an "I'll get back to you". To get an actual response on your queries takes even longer. I did not expect this poor level of service from Flight Centre. Previously dealt with Flight Centre Tyger Valley and had a very pleasant experience. But after this experience, I will NEVER be using Flight Centre ever again. And btw, I am leaving in less than 2 weeks on a trip and STILL awaiting a response to my queries. Absolutely pathetic!
Most inefficient ways of working I've ever come across. Logged a ticket with my ISP last week Monday, they did not even bother to look at my ticket for the next 3 days! Sent a team out only 5 days after having no service on Friday last week, that team could not repair the fault. Sent another team out yesterday to replace the cable but alas! That team cannot splice the line, Sent another team out to splice the line, but wait, that team cannot activate the line! Most frustrating process ever!! How do they resolve any faults efficiently this way?? Almost 2 WEEKS LATER and STILL NO INTERNET CONNECTION!! This is beyond ridiculous!
