Poor service

I have been waiting for over 3 days for my parcel to be delivered, they send you a message advising that parcel will be delivered on said date yet more than 3 days later still no parcel in sight! You contact the call center to advise they need to inform the driver that he needs to call in order to obtain an access code and of course the call center agent just does not bother listening and therefore the parcel gets delayed even further! Absolutely shocking service received.

Stay away from Vodacom fiber!

My fiber line has been done for 5 days now and they have all the excuses in the world to not do anything to investigate as to what is happening with the line. Despite calling everything single day they are doing nothing. Biggest mistake ever going with Vodacom for Fiber.

Mr Price Online is PATHETIC

Will never purchase from Mr Price online again! Placed an order a week ago and still then have not delivered, customer service is absolutely useless! They have NO idea what is going on nor can they advise when I will receive delivery of my order, they just keep saying it will be delivered today, yet NO delivery ever arrives. Absolutely pathetic service received! They don't provide any feedback to your query either.

Worst Courier Company

Worst courier company ever! Now entering day 3 and still no indication as to when I will get my delivery. Every day is a new excuse and more lies! Completely unacceptable service received from Fastway Couriers, will definitely NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Do not sign up with Cell C

Worst customer service ever! They charge 50 calls to your monthly account which they themselves cannot verify who the number is as they confirmed the number does not exist yet they happy to charge me!!!!! I have now logged 3 calls of which they automatically close. When you call again to log the compliant, they claim that they have called numerous times, but I don't answer. They called once and when asked if it was a convenient time to talk, I ask the gent to please call me back in 30 minutes when I could talk. 10 minutes later I get an SMS advising that the case has been closed again!!!!! Cell C is a complete ****MER! I cannot wait for my contract to expire so that I can take my service elsewhere!!!!!!!

Shocking Service

I have been waiting for my parcel for a week and every time I track the parcel there is a new excuse for not delivering! Now the parcel gets left at the warehouse and no one can advise why or when the parcel will actually get delivered!!!!! Absolutely shocking service will definitely never use them again.

Exceptional Service

Highly recommend Jozi Paving Company, Dumi is professional, polite and gives great advise. The workmanship is absolutely fantastic, the work was completed on time as promised. Dumi's team is knowledgeable and great at what they do. I would definitely use Dumi's company again and would recommend him to anyone looking to have paving done.

Be sure to double check your quote

Great product however the sales rep does not listen well to your request despite been told 3 times. I suggest if you call them out for a quote you check the quote & sketch provided to ensure it is what you the client wants and not what the sales rep thinks you want. Because of the above I had to order additional pavers as well as in having to pay an additional R 750-00 for delivering when the short supply was not my fault but that of the sales rep. They also state on their quote and delivery note that you will be refunded for the pallet deposit (which was never even left on our property but kept on their truck) however to date no one has even bothered to respond to my emails requesting the refund. Very disappointing.
