Real Essential oils and Real People
Essentially Natural has quality products and I love their brand Essential oils. It smells great. I also had a lot of questions about which oils to use for stability and for self-life as addition to the essential oils. Essentially Natural staff was really helpful and answered each of my questions on WhatsApp. I like the personal interaction in this day and age where AI does all the talking. I feel hearing it from a real person makes the answer so much more true and accurate.

Real Essential oils and Real People
Essentially Natural has quality products and I love their brand Essential oils. It smells great. Amazing Service and Products
Amazing service and excellent prices. When there was a supply issue with 2 of the products I ordered, I was contacted immediately and offered a refund or voucher for those products. Their customer service is a 10 for me and their products are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Amazing Service and Products

Avoid if You Value Convenience and Accuracy
I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Essentially Natural. I fully understand and respect the need to prioritise driver safety; however, your website needs to reflect this accurately. You cannot charge a full door-to-door delivery fee when customers are required to collect parcels themselves from a secure location, at their own cost. In my case, collecting from the suggested police station would have cost me R80 for transport. Additionally, I ordered two items, but only one was correct. I was told I would be refunded for the item I did not receive and that I could keep the incorrect product. My concern is that in order to get the correct item elsewhere, I will now have to pay another delivery fee, even though the error was not mine. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, extra expenses, and frustration. Greater accuracy in deliveries and clearer communication about delivery terms are essential.

Give them a bells
One things about essentially natural is they will deliver with high performance levels!!! They are just a pleasure to order from honestly mahn 10/10 highly recommended. The other girlies can’t compare.

Absolutely wonderful company! Product packaging was perfect. They have ALL the natural stuff you can think of. Great website aswell. They saw what I ordered and even put in a special sample gift (wheatgerm oil; rich in anti-oxidants and high content of vitamin E and B) to add to my MCT oil and bug away essential oil..

Essentially Natural are an amazing company. Their products are amazing and the range is extensive, they are also well-priced and delivery is quick and efficient. However, their generosity of knowledge sharing is what truly sets them apart. From product descriptions to how to use the product is such a pleasure. It's my go-to site for all instructions on the 'how to'. I spend hours on their site learning how to make balms, creams, bath bombs, etc. and the best part is being able to immediately get any missing ingredients. Thank you Essentially Natural. It's a pleasure buying from you.
