Avoid if You Value Convenience and Accuracy
I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Essentially Natural. I fully understand and respect the need to prioritise driver safety; however, your website needs to reflect this accurately. You cannot charge a full door-to-door delivery fee when customers are required to collect parcels themselves from a secure location, at their own cost. In my case, collecting from the suggested police station would have cost me R80 for transport. Additionally, I ordered two items, but only one was correct. I was told I would be refunded for the item I did not receive and that I could keep the incorrect product. My concern is that in order to get the correct item elsewhere, I will now have to pay another delivery fee, even though the error was not mine. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, extra expenses, and frustration. Greater accuracy in deliveries and clearer communication about delivery terms are essential.

Give them a bells
One things about essentially natural is they will deliver with high performance levels!!! They are just a pleasure to order from honestly mahn 10/10 highly recommended. The other girlies can’t compare.

Always a pleasure ordering from Essentially Natural
Always such a pleasure ordering from EN. Delivery is super fast, even though I am rurally located. Always neatly packaged and the gifts are a special touch. Thank you for great product range and amazing service

Absolutely wonderful company! Product packaging was perfect. They have ALL the natural stuff you can think of. Great website aswell. They saw what I ordered and even put in a special sample gift (wheatgerm oil; rich in anti-oxidants and high content of vitamin E and B) to add to my MCT oil and bug away essential oil..

Absolutely wonderful company! Product packaging was perfect. They have ALL the natural stuff you can think of. Great website aswell. Essentially Natural are an amazing company. Their products are amazing and the range is extensive, they are also well-priced and delivery is quick and efficient. However, their generosity of knowledge sharing is what truly sets them apart. From product descriptions to how to use the product is such a pleasure. It's my go-to site for all instructions on the 'how to'. I spend hours on their site learning how to make balms, creams, bath bombs, etc. and the best part is being able to immediately get any missing ingredients. Thank you Essentially Natural. It's a pleasure buying from you.

Best customer service and good natural herbs 🌸
One of the best customers service and fast delivery 🎈They sell best Natural products 😀 their herbs are affordable and organic. I was diagnosed with PCOS after buying the herbs from them I feel like a new person my hormones are now balanced 🌸

Their packages always arrive with a cute little surprise and a thoughtful note stating who lovingly packaged the order. On one occasion, I placed an incorrect order, and when I emailed them, they rectified it immediately. Before I even paid the difference, my friend had already received her package. Their service is incredibly efficient; in Cape Town, orders are received the same day, and in Johannesburg, they arrive as soon as possible. I am so happy with their exceptional service and highly recommend Essentially Natural for all your natural teas, oils, and their extensive range of products.
