Super fast and efficient service received from Bob Shop. First time I ordered from them and they even delivered before the estimated delivery time. Their website is easy to navigate and search for the desired item. (Did struggle a bit with the instant EFT, but I manage to get the payment done after a few tries)
I just wanted to purchase a sesame bar and some nuts for my toddler and when I reached the counter, the friendly cashier advised me that I can add a drink and get the cheapest item for free!! It may be a regular special at Clicks, but for the first time I benefited from it and that only because some random, friendly cashier took the time to fami****ize herself with the specials Clicks offer and used her knowledge to render excellent customer service. I am sad to say I didn't take her name down, but I can say I visit the Clicks store 13 August 2024 at about 13:20. Thank you to those cashiers that do more than just collect your money for the items you buy. Thank you for really being a benefit to Clicks and their customers.
I ordered and wanted to add products after my order was confirmed, but not paid. It was super easy to add the item by calling the Yuppiechef office. They just adjusted my order, send me a new payment link, I paid and after a and a few days I received my package. Not only was the customer service excellent, but they even put a thank you note and a small magnet in the box. Packaging was done with product safety in mind. Thank you for excellent service. I would definately buy from Yuppiechef again.
I just had an awful experience at PEP Vredendal, 26 Voortrekker Road. Taking out a lay buy is one of the things at PEP that I like because you can budget while having the items stored for your convenience and ensuring that you don't miss out on specific items. During the lay buy process I was able to exchange garments which was a plus as the cashier was very helpful. At the end the cashier accidentally made a mistake and deducted the deposit cash instead of the card. I could see that this mistake really affected the cashier and she did not do it on purpose. (Just a bad day which we all have once in a while). I also make mistakes and did not mind the mistake as it is a learning curve. What was upsetting is how the supervisor (I think her name was Jacoba I am not sure) handled the situation. First how she treated the cashier and second how she treated me as the customer. I tried several times to explain to her that I really need to get back to work as it was already 13:50 and I cannot be late for work. She just continued to tell me that I had to stay while they fix the problem. I do understand that, but I even offered to go back to the shop and fix the problem after 17:00. (The shop closes at 17:30) She refused and tried to force me verbally to stay till the refund was done to sign the refund. I had to leave and left to go back to work and be there on time. I find this to be the worst experience I ever had at PEP. In the past the supervisors assisted and was friendly would find a way to assist me as the customer. This was really upsetting.
Kaap Agri Klawer provides excellent customer service. Esna the manager goes out of her way - and so does her team - to ensure that they provide you with the best service. The staff is friendly and helpful and knows the products they sell which make enquiries a breeze.
Really satisfied with the wide range of products I can buy and even return if the product I ordered is not to my satisfaction. The process of ordering, buying and returning is simple and easy to use. Our delivery guy is also super friendly and always on time with the deliveries.
Karien is helpful and understanding and gives advise when you need it. For someone who already went through the CSN program and lives by its principals; it is the best agent to assist you when you start your journey with CSN. CSN in itself is a great weight loss program. I lost 10 kg in 2 months. It is easy to use and the meal plan includes food that I enjoy.
I was amazed at how easy it was to use payflex to buy different items at different stores and the best part is that everything is as they promised. I got my items after the first payment and could enjoy them while I am still paying. No additional fees or interest and I even got R200.00 (more that R500 spend) of for every person I referred which was an extra bonus. I like the way that you can pay the installments in advance or even pay the full outstanding amount after the first installment.
I received my first parcel in a quicker time frame than a parcel I ordered in South Africa to be delivered. I am highly satisfied with the whole process from ordering, paying and receiving my parcel. You sometimes only pay when your item is shipped which has some benefit like cancelling and reordering an item. My first order was split and I received part of my order already while the other is still on the way. I was not charged more for the second part of the parcel which is still on its way. Tracking is great and updated frequently.
