Fast and efficient service from SupplyWise
I needed a fire extinguisher specifically for a lithium ion battery fire and SupplyWise had by far the best price. Their service was fast and efficient - I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday and they kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.

Fast and efficient service from SupplyWise
I needed a fire extinguisher specifically for a lithium ion battery fire and SupplyWise had by far the best price. Their service was fast and efficient - I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday and they kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.

SupplyWise and Fastway does care about your business so stop supporting these people...
I ordered a table on 22 Nov 2023, on 29 Nov 2023 the table left their depo in Boksburg with Fastway couriers. For the next 2 days I received notice that my parcel is out for delivery. On 1 December I called Fastway and confirmed at 11:57 that the parcel is with their driver and will be delivered before 3pm. At 3:30 I called again and this time Fastway said the table was still at their depo. No apologies just they can delivery the next day. I explained that I needed the item on 1 Dec and that I was also in Johannesburg so delivery should not take 3 days. I then emailed SupplyWise and complained about the situation which I followed up with another email over the weekend. Now it's Monday afternoon I get notified the parcel is delivery, most likely back to SupplyWise but not a response from SupplyWise. Stay away from both these companies...my money is gone and no one cares!

aweful customer services and horrible quality of products.
i would rate it zero if it allowed me. I ordered 15 storage boxes and recieved ones with lids that dont match. they were bad quality and looked as if they were manufactured by children, i contacted them and asked for a refund and they've been saying they will collect the bad boxes and process my refund for the past 2 months. i will never use their services and let anyone who even considers them be warned. THEY ARE ****MERS!!!

Good service
It was scary to once again try out a new company, but I must say I'm impressed. We ordered a large trolley from them in 2021 that was quite expensive, and they delivered it in good condition. Even though they accidentally delivered it to the billing address (in the Cape) and not the delivery address (in Pretoria), they rectified the problem within days and delivered it to the correct address. It was easy to contact them and they were apologetic. We ordered another item from them recently in 2022, and they delivered that item on time and in good condition as well. This is a legit company doing its best to satisfy customers. Don't hesitate to make use of their services.
