CSN - EASY TO LOOSE YOUR EXCESS WEIGHT
Karien is helpful and understanding and gives advise when you need it. For someone who already went through the CSN program and lives by its principals; it is the best agent to assist you when you start your journey with CSN. CSN in itself is a great weight loss program. I lost 10 kg in 2 months. It is easy to use and the meal plan includes food that I enjoy.

Karien and CSN diet
I picked up a lot of weight when me and my family moved over to Ireland. For the past year or so I tried every diet I could but never really lost weight. Then one day I heard of CSN: Christo Strydom Nutrition and at first I had my doubts but then I decided well let's just try it. And wow I just finished phase one and lost 4.5 kg in 10 days. Not once did I feel hungry or uncomfortable, I just went on with my every day work with no struggle. I bought my first 30day pack directly from the CSN website but then I came across Karien Nel's Facebook page and saw her recipe book and email her I was surprised with the quick response and got excellent help from her. I will definitely buy my detox package from her. A lot of people say your stomach works on this diet and to be honest people make it seem worse than it is yeah your stomach goes but it is controllable. I would definitely recommend this diet.
