I placed an order for 2 Crossover & cami’s on 14/3. I hadn’t received any response from them by the 25/3 so I thought I’d just follow up .. received a reply that they didn’t have the colour I had requested but they were going to buy & make it. On the 31/3 I followed up again & this time was told that orders were going out .. I then received a message on 1/4 advising that there was a fault in the fabric & that my order would now be delivered by the 8/9 March .. once again I followed up on 6/4 this time told that my order was with the machinist. Again I followed up 8/4 & was told that the machinist had a power outage but that they would try & send my order out - if not then - then by today 11/4 as she was going away for the weekend .. I replied to the message that I was seriously considering canceling my order. Well, she’s obviously switched her phone off as the message has only 1 ✅ - so not received & read since responding to her message on Friday ..
With everything that's gone on over the past 6 months with COVID, our small business have suffered the most. I always try support a local South African small businesses where possible. I had been invited to attend a last minute function & realised I had nothing in my cupboard to wear. Searching the Web I came across this clothing site & straight away I knew this was the place I was going to get my dress. Unfortunately, I saw that they make the dresses for your individual needs (size, design etc) & that it could take a few weeks to complete (but my function was in a weeks time). Anyway, I emailed them & was totally surprised when they offered to make & have the dress delivered before the day of the function. They went over & beyond to ensure that I had my beautiful dress, individually made for me, to wear. Thanks so much - will definitely be ordering from you again. Well done - keep up the excellent service you provide to your clients.
So, as many of your saw, I had replied to reviews based on the same circumstances that many of you are going through. I was angry & frustrated & can only write of my own personal experience with 25 Degrees North - After many calls & messages, David kept to his word, & today my daughters desk arrived - perfectly made. To be totally honest, I was pleasantly surprised, as I expected the same type of workmanship as other customers have complained about. So today I would like to thank David & Donna for turning a bad situation into a blessing for my daughter - I really appreciate it.
Anyone received their orders from this company ?? Ordered a desk on 23 June 2020 - made payment - then told it will only be delivered by 25 July ?? delivery supposed to be in 7 - 10 working days .. the cell number is always on voicemail, comments are always removed & on messenger they keep giving excuses ... Is this a legit company ?? Am opening up a theft case with the police if I haven't received my order or refund of my money by 10/07/2020. DAVID & DONNA - PLEASE GIVE ANSWERS !!!
